That's quite a list (#4320). I wonder if the people who shriek "Al Qaeda didn't do it because they didn't take credit for it!" (when Al-Q rarely takes credit immediately for anything) will say to this?

Taking credit is like puffing up a resume. There's this old fisherman's adage I think about for situations like that, even the fish wouldn't have gotten caught if he kept his mouth shut.

The problem with the list of claims by Al Qaeda is that none of them were associated with AlQ on local news(not that I count on local new to list everything) and none were done in numeric fashion, ie 911 days, 311 Madrid, etc. None had multiple explosions. Therefore, AlQ did not do them. Now, it may be possible that some other organisations may have done AlQ deeds...but they did not follow AlQ MO.
