it sounds flat, but sometimes it works if you take that holiday to celebrate the person you lost, instead of mourning the loss itself. I lost someone on a holiday, and when that holiday comes around I thank God for the pleasure of knowing them, and the honor of having them grace my life. I hope this helps... or at least you feel that hug up there.
