An Arabic-speaking four-year old boy in Baghdad is not smarter than most of our military personnel.

Several years have passed since 9-11. It's a major failure not to have a large suppy of Americans who can speak Arabic. Even if their accent is still improving, at least they will know whether they are getting a correct translation or not.
