This Dayton is clearly an idiot. He apparently had a staffer write his speech but neglected to read it before the hearing and is having trouble because of the big words and the fact that there are no pictures.

The guy who blew the whistle, Darby, got the pictures in an e-mail I believe --so it is no stretch to assume that they had already been emailed to buddies, family and friends back in the states long before the investigation started.

Thanks I hadn't read that. I think there will be a call to investigate higher than Karpinski now that Taguba has testified that is all the higher he talked to.

If Karpinski did not get orders from her Commander to run her prison as a XXX sado-sexual movie studio, then their is no reason to go any further up the chain of command. I'm against collectivism in all its forms, including collective guilt for indivdual acts but I'm sure Senator Dayton would dispute me on that.
