It's a syndicate in every way. That's how this is all made possible. WATCH GRETA TONIGHT "OFF THE RECORD" Jeb's attorney and HINO's mouthpiece.

NATIONWIDE RALLY MONDAY MAY 10TH FOR TERRI. FOR DETAILED EMAIL REGARDING RALLY, PLEASE CONTACT: fight4terri@aol.com.
TELL AT LEAST TWO STRANGERS ABOUT TERRI AND ASK THEM TO CONTACT THEIR U.S. SENATORS AND CONGRESSMAN, THE PRESIDENT AND THEIR CHURCHES. You'd be surprised that they're willing to help once the truth is before them.

What a crock. It's a big day to get confirmation that YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED?

The circuit court didnt even afford her the benefit of a guardian ad litem, Conner said. We think the judge is dead wrong in his assessment that the state doesnt have a compelling interest that outweighs the encroachment on the so-called privacy right. We couldnt disagree more.

You must have read my mind. As soon as I heard of this ruling, all I could think of was Elian and why can't we do the same thing for Terri?

Nothing should happen until the appeals process has ended,
and there are many appeals in different varieties, including
the one about the parents being left out of the process
in the district court.
Connor promised around the start of this year to appeal
it to the U.S. supreme court if he is not allowed a JURY
trial on the 'facts' of this case.
And Judge Baird also has NO BUSINESS pushing his personal
vendetta on Terri. He was taken off CIVIL cases January 1st 2004.
Citizens charged in CRIMINAL court are being
short-changed by Baird's stubbornness, and taxpayers are
not paying Baird's salary to do as HE pleases.

Unfortunately, John Ashcroft isn't Janet Reno.
Janet Reno wouldn't rescue Terri but she sure was a willing participant with her powers to kidnap Elian. THE UNITED STATES BECOMES STRANGER AND STRANGER as time passes.

If someone wants to spend money on a brain dead human, how in the world is that a violation of the constitution?
I have to say, I am undecided on this whole issue, or have NO opinion...kind of.
I have question: I understand her parents want the plug pulled...does life insurance play into this? Are they [the parents] footing the life support bill?
If the parents are being forced to pay for the medical bills, THAT IS WRONG. If the parents stand to windfall off of a life insurance policy...THAT IS DISGUSTING...
I said I don't have an opinion...but I guess I do...If her brain is totally flat line...I think keeping her alive artificially is actually quite gross.

Thanks for the info. I'll be praying for her.
It's unfortunate that Judges like Baird can get away with their personal vendettas.

Instead of announcing the "decision" on Mother's Day, Douglas Baird did it three days earlier -- on the National Day of Prayer. Are FL conservatives still supporting Baird? If so, they are the brain-dead ones!

The parents want their daughter to live. It is the husband- in-name-only who wants to see her dead. He got a malpractice jury award about 10 years ago to pay for his wife's medical and rehabilitation. He did not used the money for any rehabilitation and from what I understand is not paying her medical expenses with the money either. Medicare is picking up the costs. He has gone through the millions and has not had to account for the money becuase of the crooked judges.
There is also a very good chance that he was the one who is responsible for Terri's condition in the first place. The circumstances around her collapse are very suspicious.
It's an interesting case and I hope you take the time to learn about it.
To: Victoria Delsoul
Douglas Baird probably believes that "he" is God! I don't see how Floridians stand his presence in their state.

Thank you very much. I have been phobic to visit the Terry threads...I don't know why...
Perhaps my own denial, and unwillingness to define myself in terms of the broader issue of extending life, and the fact it may be me someday...its an uncomfortable issue.
Thank you...
I will follow along and look into the Terry threads...
