I'm home from today's hearing which was held at the Criminal Courthouse Complex on 49th Street, Clearwater before Judge W. Douglas Baird.

Once I collect my thoughts from today's hearing which just adjourned about a half an hour ago, I'll post them here. Initially, I wasn't going to do any reporting re: the hearing but it was enlightening.

I learned today in the hallway that Terri's parents, siblings and other relatives are still unable to see her some three weeks later due to the criminal investigation of what may have been mosquito bites. But, that's a different legal matter.

Regarding Terri, I've been following her case, and took part in the Freep to Gov. Bush, Jim King, et al, when Terri's feeding tube was removed. Thank God that the fruit of all our efforts was Terri's Law. I have faith that God will save her, because He's an expert when it comes to buying time. And as Terri herself said, "Where there's life, there's hope."

Thank you for adding me to your Terri list. A couple of people on Free Republic ping me, but I might not go there for a couple of weeks at a time. With your updates I'll keep more current, because I check my email every day. BTW, the Florida Freepers were excellent with their reporting at the vigil, and they are to be greatly commended. I felt as if I were right with them, on top of the action.

MICHAEL STATED HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THERESA. THERE HAVEN 'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS AT HOME WHICH WOULD LEAD TO HER WANTING TO TRY SUICIDE AND THEY HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY.

No swallow tests BECAUSE JUDGE DAVID DEMERS DISMISSED GUARDIAN AD LITEM JAY WOLFSON who recommended testing for Terri. Pick a judge any judge, they have a "deal" to always rule against Terri.

The sick part is that they get away with it. This is the SICKEST thing ever done by a civil court to an innocent person that I'm aware of. Unfortunately, the death ghouls are "everywhere" and they celebrate death. They have the financial backing for the kill. Our killing fields were established by the legislature and judicial activism, BY REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS ALIKE.

What a coincidence that this same Michael Schiavo also had the feeding tubes of his parents removed and reportedly told Larry King that he felt good about it.

I think its safe to say Michael will fight any attempt of ANY medical professional from studying Terri's remains if she should die while under his control.

I see your point. If her brain were analyzed, it might "tell a tale" that Michael doesn't want anyone to hear.

It does say that Steve Schiavo said they were fighting the day of the 24th which would corroborate other witnesses.

I see the disputed accuracy of these newspaper writers in that that would have been impossible for them to be arguing all day of the 25th.. it was on the morning of the 25th that Michael put Terri in a world of hurt. He said he saw her on the evening of the 24th when he got home before 12:00. Michael is huge and if Terri was pretty thin and not a lot of muscles how hard would it be for him to deprive her of oxygen without putting any bruises, etc.?
Not very. His accounts do not match up which means he was involved in what happened and is lying otherwise his story would have stayed consistent. You can tell he is dissembling. The madness needs to stop and we need to demand of our elected officials, etc. to stop it ASAP.
