ALGIERS, April 15 (Reuters) - President Jacques Chirac said on Thursday there should be no bargaining with "terrorists" after a purported offer by Osama bin Laden of a truce to Europeans if they pulled troops out of Muslim nations.
"There can be no possible bargaining with terrorists," Chirac during a visit to Algeria.
He also ruled out French military involvement in Iraq. France opposed the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, but has some troops in Afghanistan
The mysterious AZF group, which threatened to blow up French railways unless it received a £4 million ransom, announced a temporary suspension of its campaign yesterday.
The French government admits that it has twice tried and failed to pay the ransom but officials denied that the group had been paid off.

The French twice tried, but failed, to surrender to the terrorists, and pay reparations, just 2 weeks ago. Never trust the French.
