1. What was inspirational about the speech (we are at war)?
2. What made you proud to be an American?
3. What made you willing to sacrifice for the (war) effort?
4. What specific points in the speech moved you personally?
5. What inspired you with the president's mental acumen?

When you go into the cedar break, the ground is sapped. Once you cut down all the cedar, the soil/ground comes back beautifully.
Interesting. Looks like Dubya is accomplishing something useful even when he's on vacation.
The libs would probably say he was "clear cutting the land". If they only had a clue?

You know, you claim to be conservative so leave this kind of judgement to the nutcakes on the left. There are many and various ways to measure intelligence. My money says President Bush is a very intelligent man. But there is so much more to the man that the left does not understand. Namely:
-- He is a resolute unwavering leader.
-- This is a good man who is humbled by the Presidency.
History will judge his presidency as one of the most important. For those who say otherwise simply do not understand how truely perilous our world is.

I don't know if I would have gotten a different impression watching it on TV.
Naw, but wait until the Republican attack machine of Talk Radio and the blogs sink their teeth into it. The will spread and accent the message. The little pauses that bother some people so much really don't bother most average citizens too much. It makes Bush more human to them. Makes him seem one of them. The Hysteric Left spent most the the 1980s freaking about Reagan's style. Pretty much all they did was make fun of Reagan's speaking style. Did do much good for them with the voters now did it?

Unless you have a degree from Yale, experience governing the largest state in the union, and 4 years leading the greatest country in the world...I would venture to say you are the dullard.

I definitely agree and see an indication that things look bad for the Dems. When Kennedy is the designated hatchet-man, this is the distinct sign of desperation Exactly .. Kennedy is the mouth piece

Savage is slicker thant you think. He says lots of things that conservatives think but seldom say.

Pursing your lips and licking them constantly didn't do anything to allay that impression. Are you a friggin' debate coach or something?
Nobody gives a rat's ass about pursed or licked lips, except somebody who's giving the President a grade.
He doesn't need your GRADE!

It was an honorable attempt to maintain continuity of government. Bubba booby trapped the system.
Bush and company SHOULD have known this.
All us freepers did.
the three hundred stolen fbi, cia and pentagon laptops, the destroyed white house office equipment, and stolen towels, lying under oath and the reno doctrine of burning children alive SHOULD have been Bush's clue.
He wants to be a "nice guy" a compassionate conservative.
Open borders, Islam is peace... and DON'T FIRE THE CLINTON'S OLD GUARD!
Biggest mistake of our administration... not firing all clinton employees.

We are at war and our leader had NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE to say.
He could even whip up patriotic fever.
What were his rallying points?
