Taiwan, Thailand rapidly coming on, Tunisia not far behind, and China and India in the wings. I agree with you about Chile, but not Costa Rica. Uruguay is another white disappointment. And then we have Serbia.

If Costa Rica isn't first world, then you must have a pretty strict definition. Or maybe you haven't been there lately.

Don't go bashing Serbia Torie.

They have been dealing with our current foe for a millenium....we should give them a break for being unclivilized on occasion.
I forgot about Uruguay ...quite white as you say....good looking women too.

I will go out on a limb and make the following prejudical statement (imagine that..lol):

Nearly everywhere the British (what folks really mean historically as WHITEY) settled and colonized and exploited and oppressed is now much better off because of said exploitation and oppression.

Rule Brittania!

Moldavia, Russia, Romania, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Bosnia, Albania, Poland, Bulgaria, etc. white, non-developed nations.

Argentina and Uruguay both have a far larger GDP/capita than Thailand, Tunisia, China, or India.
