Well, okay, maybe not ABC, NBC, et al, but AP at least really did call him and ask him. I bet some at the "major" networks were tuned in....

It was hilarious when Rush did it. Now it's just a ripped off radio skit. What's next ? will Sean do a bit on Martians landing at Grover's Mills ?

Oh, hush. You sound just like Rush's daddy telling him to quit acting silly and get to the serious stuff on his radio program...the few times he got to hear him.
His mother, though, told him that she understood that he had to be entertaining to get the audience. She was a torch singer before marrying Rush Jr.
Anyway, I love to hear Rush talk about his e-mails telling him to quit acting silly and get serious....as if he were boring Buckley Jr.
Let sucessful people do their job. LOL

Actually, something like this happened in the early 1970s in Minneapolis. A "conservative" talk show host named Ray Perry on radio station WLOL revealed to audience that he was really a leftist and had been pretending for over a year. Perry, however, was not joking.
Interestingly, he made a pretty convincing conservative when he was pretending, far more convincing than Sean who is playing a card-board cut out liberal stereotype.

Does higher IQ mean that you are better than others and should call them on it constantly?
I suppose you guys show up at the Special Olympics to yell at the athletes and criticise them.
If you are all so smart, why aren't you wise enough to tune out Hannity without insulting him here on the forum that he reads? Intelligence without wisdom is useless, guys, and true character means not needing to put others down to raise your own egos.
If any of you tried something you thought was funny, would you REALLY, HONESTLY want to hear a lot of nasty criticism by those who thought it failed?
Sean's doing something right; look at his bank account.
You were funny, Sean, and I truly enjoyed how you backed up your arguments exactly like a liberal! My twelve-year-old son enjoyed it too. Pay no attention to the FReepers who think it's fair to pull intellectual rank with others.

Actually, my intelligence is quite high. I love Rush too, but there is so much more to Hannity than just intelligence. And, yes, I did say intelligence. He has a huge heart. I went to see him twice in person, and what he did for the crowd was just too much.
I think that sometimes he could debate one on one better than he does, but your accusation that he is dumb is wrong. Have you read any of his books? He is definitely no dummy.
To: finnman69
given it is april 1 and the 2nd day of hot air america, i am glad sean is showing me what i am missing by not getting frankenfraud etal in denver.
To: Yaelle
I'm sure Sean loves you too. He would no doubt refer to you as "my friend".

"You sound just like Rush's daddy telling him to quit acting silly and get to the serious stuff on his radio program..." LOL...I listened to Sean for the first hour, but I just thought it had gotten stale, so I switched the channel. No biggie...I'm listening to him again now that the schtick's run its course.
FReegards...MUD
BTW..."Oh, hush." Now you sound like my mom, babe.

Cute pic!
Hannity's little April Fool's joke wasn't very entertaining. It's been done before by Rush, Savage, and Glenn Beck, who were all much funnier. They also knew better than to carry on with the joke for hours to the point of being boring. Ah, well.

Did you hear how Sean was saying how the media really did call and wanted to know what was up. It's interesing how Democrats...including their politicians, can change Parties or positions (Zell Miller) and the media ignores them. But by golly, a conservative talk-show host talks about it and there's a wave of journalist that are all of the sudden interested in his new (liberal) position. Serves them right.

Does anyone remember that other time Rush pulled a prank ... ?
He was ranting about something, and said "I'm fed up with this, I've had it", and stomped out of the studio.
There was about 15-20 seconds of dead air, and then Bo Snerdly got on and acted really confused about what had just happened ... said something like "Rush just walked out".
Rush actually went to his office down the hall and smoked a stogie. After Rush came back on the air laughing, he said ... come to find out, someone from Bo's union was listening and threatened to make charges against the radio station because they aren't supposed to be "On Air" personalities. Absolutely hilarious.

He has a huge heart. I went to see him twice in person, and what he did for the crowd was just too much. I agree. All the Sean-bashers here really need to see him in person at one of his events. I can't remember when I've ever seen a celebrity work so hard the day of his Freedom concert in NJ last summer. He was "on" for at least 9 hours almost non-stop that day!
I also enjoyed his book Let Freedom Ring.

But then again ---- I don't think much of those organizations anyway!! LOL!
