RA's son, my prayers go out to you and your family in this loss. My father-inlaw passed away recently too, and I know it is hard to bear. I hope you will find comfort in prayer.

Condolences, Penelope.
Many of us looked at whatever your Father posted carefully because we had learned that what he had to say was normally significant.
May the Lord strengthen all of you and fulfill His promises to the fatherless as you are willing to ask for them.
To: RANGERAIRBORNE
Penelope, our sincere condolences and our prayers go out to you. My family thanks you for your father's service. May God be with you at this time. zip - veteran and Infinite FReeper.

Not fair. Two in one week :-(
We've been losing too many lately, that's for sure. Less than four months since my husband (TrappedInLiberalHell) passed away... too many have followed in that time... *sniff*

Sincerest sympathy from my corner. My dad has severe heart trouble and might go any day now. So, I understand. He was a Navy WWII veteran who fought at Okinawa and I think was present at Iwo Jima. He is the foundation for my very being and I love him dearly and tell him so on a regular basis. Your father, like my dad and many who post here, built this nation in to what it is. I would like to extend my gratitude to him and all of the rest.

My condolences to you: i lost my father, a first wave surviver of Omaha Beach, June 6, 1944 (1st Infantry Division) on New Years Day.
Jim and John: is it possible to retire RANGERAIRBORNE's account and put up a Memorium to him on his "homepage"? Perhaps it should be the Policy for all truly deceased FReepers?
Regards,
CDL
