This is going to be a stump speech!

I, too, have had to grab the remote when Kerry is on--it took several months for klinton to trigger that reaction.

I saw Bush 41 give a speech back in 1989 in Billings, MT. Even went to the airport and parked in the viewing area to watch AF1 touch down. There must have been 200 other cars parked in that small area.

You make the same point that Tina Benkiser, our Republican Party of Texas Chair, made: She has always gotten to vote "many times" since she started letting her friends and family know her recommendations for election.

Someone else posted this, I saved it for reference, but I can't find who first posted it... C-Span has announced that it will televise the tape of Kerry's testimony before the Senate committee in 1971 this coming Sunday on its "Road to the White House" segment at 6:30 and 9:30 P.M. EST; the following Sunday at the same time it will show a tape of Kerry's appearance and debate with a prowar spokesperson on a Dick Cavatt talkshow of that year - should be good for lots more juicey bizarre statements by JFK......
Listing times...
- 6:30pm ET Sunday 3/21 CSPAN "Road to the White House"
- 9:30pm ET Sunday 3/21 CSPAN "Road to the White House"(repeat)
- 6:30pm ET Sunday 3/21 CSPAN "Road to the White House"
- 9:30pm ET Sunday 3/21 CSPAN "Road to the White House"(repeat)
-
- 6:45pm ET Sat 3/20 CSPAN "President Bush's Weekly Radio Address"
- 6:45pm ET Sat 3/27 CSPAN "President Bush's Weekly Radio Address"

Ch. 13 advises they will get a big wind blast when Air Force One engines start up. Weather here is 83 and breezy.

Tomorrow night as part of "Road to the White House." C-SPAN should have it on their scedule; you might check there.

Ch. 13 advises they will get a big wind blast when Air Force One engines start up. Same thing happens when Kerry opens his mouth.

Ch. 13 reports that there were AT LEAST 12,000 people at the rally and it was successful. "The President threw red meat to the crowd of Repubicans, pushing all the buttons."

I bet the people who are lucky enough to be there to send him off will be cheering loudly too! I know thousands of us were when Bush 41 took off from Billings back in 1989. We waved and cheered when AF1 revved it's engines getting cleared for take off.

Air Force One is on it's way! Beautiful takeoff.

President Bush looked quite impressive. He really seemed to be enjoying himself, and he let Kerry have it. :-)

I was amazed when the President thanked Billy Ray Cyrus for being there and then seeing him shake his hand after the speech, as I remember he used Cyrus' song "We the People" in 2000 and I thought that meant Cyrus was a Bush supporter then, but then I swear I read an article saying how Billy Ray was angry at the Bush campaign using his song, threatening to sue and was a Gore supporter. Guess he's changed over. Good for him! I know Sammy Hagar is a Bush supporter because he's given to his campaign so appropriate they're playing "Right Now".

I saw Lynn Swann talking to someone on the stage prior to the First Lady and President's entrance. The President shook his hand on the way up. He's Bush's fitness guy-the job Schwarzenegger held in Bush 41.
