This man never fails to give me goosebumps. He's succinctly laying out the facts, giving Kerry no room for rebuttal. If that's negative campaigning, BRING IT ON!

I wish our side would hone this inconsistency more. When countries support us, they're "too small to matter", "bribed", "forced", etc. But when they oppose us, suddenly we're supposed to give these same "peon" conutries huge consideration.

Great speech...direct, blunt, clear-spoken, delivered in Cheney's mostly serious matter...now there's a guy who has "gravitas" :).

If there was a ref he would have stopped the speech and directed the VP to a nuetral podium.
