Why do they want France to profit but not American businesses? Because France hates the U.S., just like they do. And besides, it's not fair that American companies make so much money.

Oh, it's a thing of beauty to see Cheney surgically dissect Kerry and his voting record.

Just missed a bunch - sorry.
Senator Kerry called our coaltion a weak coalition - coerced or bribed.
How would he describe Italy - who just lost 19 soldiers - coerced or bribed?
Which nations would ever care to join a future coaltion if this is how they are derisively described.
He acts as though the only nations worth anything are those that opposed the war.
Support for troops: He has asserted that troops are not receiving material support they need. Said we failed to supply body armor.
May I remind the senator that last year the Senate passed an appropriation that provided funding for body armor and other necessary items for our soldiers. Passed 87 to 12.
Senator Kerry voted no.
I noticed yesterday attempting to clarify the matter: Kerry said I voted for the $87 billion before I voted against it. (Cheney raises his hand, snickers and said "it's true).

You guys are too worried about a normal slip of the tongue and trust me, you'll not hear of it again.
Now you two drop it.

This is a great first round for the Vice President. He's knocking Kerry all over the ring.

Wow. Cheny is really being direct and very critical. Kerry is on the hot seat. The media will have to comment on the assertions that Cheny is making, and will be hard pressed to show Cheny's assertions to be false.
I think the gloves are off. How long until Kerry melts down?

Cheney says Kerry puts down our coalition and speaks with contempt of the nations who joined us and says they were coerced or bribed. Calls them window dressing. Cheney cites Great Britain and wonders if Kerry thinks they were coerced or bribed? Is Italy mere "window dressing"? Sweet!

I do so hope Kerry is listening and will quickly charge the Veep with negative attacks. Sorry, Kerry, these are just the facts.
