I thought the truth about Cats and Dogs would be a cute movie to watch with my parents, so I rented it. Then came the phone sex scene, I wanted to disappear into the couch!

I liked Lost in Translation, though Coppola does nothing for me.
The thing that fascinated me about her winning was that Bill Murray was sitting directly in front of her, and as she got up, he didn't even stand up to hug her like everyone else would or anything, he simply gave her a limp little wave, like, "Thanks for nothing, $(*I$IU$I."

John Kerry shot it in the back. He was awarded a Silver Star.
Silver Star with ketchup clusters?

As if daddy's girl would go home emptyhanded. This is Hollywood, after all.

Julia Louis Dreyfus - her head really was too big!
Seems like Jerry always had the hottest babes - Teri Hatcher, whats-her-name from Sex In The City, etc.

The best work Janeane Garofalo ever did was two episodes of SEINFELD. And yes, I thought she was attractive.
She was in "The Matchmaker" and I thought she was very attractive in that movie. It was a very funny chick flick sort of thing. She was the aide to a Democratic Senator from Massachussetts who was extremely shallow and manipulative who sent her to Ireland to try and find him some Irish roots so his election chances would be increased in Boston.

All views are not equal. All views do not deserve equal respect.

I've always thought Janine Garafolo was really cute.
Gulp. It's a guilty pleasure, but I have to admit I share it.

Am I the only one that thought Lost in Translation was WAY too long, and not very good.

The inspiration for the movie dumb and dumber?

I saw something about Britney wanting to be a Bond girl, tooGiven that it tends to be a career killer... I'd vote for her!
No, please! I missed the last Bond movie because I refuse to go see Halle Berry. After her WAY OVER THE TOP acceptance speech a few years ago, I never want to see her act again. I was thoroughly repulsed. Not to mention that she overuses her sexuality in EVERYTHING she does. A real classless act.

Lumpy Riefenstahl won "best Documentary" last year. Leni Riefenstahl is honored this year.
Goebbels would be proud.

The best thing about Lost in Translation is that it doesn't have some super happy audience tested "Pretty Woman" brainless ending. Its a great film, and well written and acted, for adults, not 13 year old girls or 11 year old boys like so many other films.
To: Arkinsaw
I'll have to check it out.

I'm not going to bother posting the Godfather III poster. But I see that Blake Edwards forgot to mention that he was an actor first, before he was a writer or a director. This is probably is most notable flick as a thespian:
No, he wasn't the Strangler. He was the romantic lead.
