Billy Bush, the ABC entertainment reporter who was one of the featured reporters at the opening of the Oscars, not Tom Hanks, is a first cousin to George W. Bush. He is the son of George H.W. Bush's brother Jonathan.
Your post was a little confusing so I wanted to make that clear.
As for where it's written, dunno, but I know he is. Google it and you'll find it confirmed somewhere.
