[history]
February 24, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - The Pentagon has dispatched the elite commando force that hunted down Saddam Hussein to Afghanistan for a new operation aimed at getting Osama bin Laden, officials said yesterday. Military sources confirmed that members of the shadowy Task Force 121, the unit that conducted the high-tech search for Saddam and his henchmen, have recently begun operating in the remote mountainous region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border where bin Laden and key al Qaeda and Taliban fugitives are believed to be hiding. The Task Force is made up of highly trained Delta and SEAL commandos, as well as CIA paramilitary operators. It operates outside normal military channels.

My daughter finds my concerns about AQ to be "annoyingly stupid". My youngest daughter is home for springbreak from college and she would rather not dwell on it although it scares the haiti out of her. She spends her day thinking about how she can spend more of my money. LOL.

How strange that I read this about them calling it the "black wind of death" and immediately after that I see a thread about the Egyptian origins of the Bubonic Plague (Black Death).
Present-day Plague "Most people think of the plague as a historical disease," said Hinnebusch, who conducts plague research for the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. "But it's still out there, and it's still an international public health issue."
During the last ten years bubonic plague reappeared in Madagascar, which now has between 500 and 2,000 new cases each year.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization tallies as many as 3,000 plague cases each year around the world. Research interest in bubonic plague has been growing as, like anthrax, it could be used as a deadly bioterrorism agent (especially in pneumonic form).

" They state it quite clearly. Plague."
Keep in mind the 10 deviations...something else besides plague could be blowing in the wind.

Sajjan Gohel Director of Intl Security Asia-Pacific Foundation is on CNN and stated that the van that was found in Madrid with the detonators and Islamic video was a stolen van and the company that the van belong to is located either at where the train begins or ends.

AQ has had the wind kicked out of their sails. We are hammering their numbers down and they are running with their tails between their legs. Daleel has been an interesting blowhard and I doubt anyone here believes its the last we'll hear from him.

If your daughter finds you "annoying stupid" then she would find me extremely irritating.
Just tell her, "We'll see dear."
Smile sweetly and walk away.
REPEAT EACH TIME she finds ytou "annoyingly stupid."
it will give her something to think about --- eventually.

You know if you have the license plate number of this guy, you can probably check with the county clerk or whomever and get the address and find out online who it is and go from there. It's way easy to track people down these days.

You're not alone. One family member thinks I'm a little overboard with this, another listens, but has so much going on they don't have time to breath, and a third is living in the today only. My husband is 100% supportive and asks what is new consistently and helps stock provisions. Too many out there have no idea what we face and choose not to seek information. We're not them!

and Father we pray that we will not be taken in by delusions and evil masquerading as truth, realizing that the only Truth is Your Word. Amen and Amen. "that the only Truth is Your Word"
is at best significantly misleading. SCRIPTURE ITSELF proves that statement untrue--for example--when it notes that The Heavens declare God's handiwork.
The above statement would have us believe that God lied in the heavens but not in the printed text. Or perhaps God lied when He made a majestic flower but not in His printed Word.
Bibliolitry is no excuse for lacking or being lazy or in denial about the need for discernment whether one is listening to a sermon in the most orthodox, straight-laced, UNemotional Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod congregation or in an African American Pentecostal congregation's service.
The Living Word cannot be contained EVEN WITHIN HIS OWN finite printed text. And He insists that HIS SHEEP KNOW HIS
!!!!!!!VOICE!!!!!!! I don't think that when we stand before Him, He'll be impressed with the excuse that we preferred to cotton and worn out Bible pages in our spiritual ears so we could not hear His VOICE . . .
and thereby be accountable to a daily, moment by moment dialogue with
GOD ALMIGHTY.
The printed text is a lot easier to slice and dice than God Almighty's voice booming within you:
"Noah, how long can you tread water?"
The printed text is a lot easier to manipulate and play pharisaical games with than God's insistent still small voice within us:
"I'm waiting. Let me know when you are willing to obey me, quit your job and go serve me in Iran."
or
"No! that woman is not my choice for you. Abandon the relationship. NOW!
'Tis much, much MUCH more convenient to the games people play to pretend on a stack of well chosen proof texts that God doesn't speak to man in our era.
Sheesh.
Sigh.
As far as Nostradamus in any of the translations and interpretations . . . It's a hazard, imho, for believers to dabble in anyone who more than dabbled in the evidently satanic driven occult.

For all those who near and dear ones think you nuts about these threats and happenings and close calls foiled by security etc and all the news that doesn't make it into the mainstream, our infamous divers.
Imagine if we had bottled the fear prevalent after the Attacks, and everytime a massacre occurred in Kashmir, Bali, Moscow, Israel etc, we took that bottle out and took a whiff.
You're awake. Perhaps a little paranoid :) . Nothing wrong there. Lots of false postives, as Rumsfeld said, but no surprises.
Now if the TV folks delivered real news instead of pap, we wouldn't be surfing all these places.
Kids have a short attention span anyway. But most adults do not wish to confront the level of hate directed against us (by whom I mean virtually everyone.

>>>>I have noticed over the past few months that some internet sites that keep track of Al Qaeda seem to go down before Al Qaeda attacks for a short time due to some sort of disruption by hackers.
ALONG WITH the people who monitor thoses sites!
