[history]
February 24, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - The Pentagon has dispatched the elite commando force that hunted down Saddam Hussein to Afghanistan for a new operation aimed at getting Osama bin Laden, officials said yesterday. Military sources confirmed that members of the shadowy Task Force 121, the unit that conducted the high-tech search for Saddam and his henchmen, have recently begun operating in the remote mountainous region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border where bin Laden and key al Qaeda and Taliban fugitives are believed to be hiding. The Task Force is made up of highly trained Delta and SEAL commandos, as well as CIA paramilitary operators. It operates outside normal military channels.

I have noticed over the past few months that some internet sites that keep track of Al Qaeda seem to go down before Al Qaeda attacks for a short time due to some sort of disruption by hackers.
I am submitting that this indicates a primitive form of Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) on the part of our Al Qaeda adversaries. They try to avoid telegraphing their next moves by pre-empting the websites that monitor them.
That Daleel was recently calling for 600 hackers to attack Internet Haganah and bring it down is a prime example.
Anyone think this is something I should don tinfoil over, or is it legitimate?

From your search link
" malathion (an organophosphate) "
INteresting. I didn't know malathion was an organophosphate -- on another search, (I posted it somewhere on this thread) I found that organophosphates can cause paralysis.
I hope they have enough sense to test the elk and the surroundings for traces of malthion.

In Al Queda's letter taking responsibility for the Madrid bombing, they are also taking responsibility for the November bombing in Turkey and the UN bombing in Iraq per Fox News.

It could be legit judicial meanz. Prior to 9/11 if we were posting this kind of stuff, I think that we would be forced to wear tinfoil hats. With everything that is going on and intermittent computer problems, its kind of hard to keep up with at times.

Incredible news day, isn't it? I'm emailing & linking like crazy, trying to keep up with it. Guess J f'n K "misspoke" when he opined the terror threat was exaggerated...

The following site has some great outsourcing info, but I am not good at transferring urls here yet, so you may need to look it up. If you click on it, it tells you the page is not available, but it really is there. I want to learn to do this, but so far am only partially there.

Anyone else feeling a bit on edge???

Somehow having more of my own children to play with my grandchildren just doesn't sound good to me. The grandchildren eventually go home and I have time to myself. I waited a lot of years for this. That research is for someone else - not me (can you imagine your own young kids playing with your grandkids?????? No thanks!)

Subway Security Increased After Madrid Bombings MARCH 11TH, 2004
Additional police officers are patrolling New York Citys subways as a precaution following a series of bombings on the train system in Madrid that claimed the lives of at least 190 people and injured more than 1,200 Thursday.
Two detectives from the NYPDs intelligence division have left for the Spanish capital to assist the investigation. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority has also dispatched a team to learn more about the bombings.
It goes to show that we still live in a very dangerous world. We cannot afford to let our guard down, said Mayor Michael Bloomberg. We clearly are focusing, as you would expect us to, even more resources on the New York City subway system.

I wouldn't be that concerned about eggs unless you knew your supplier was one of the infected chickenhouses. Most chickens are fed antibiotics anyway, aren't they? I wish I lived near TexKat and I'd be getting them there!! Salsa eggs are yummy.

Anything is possible Mossad. I think England as well as the US should be on heightened alert for the next 3 to 5 days.

I would be a little wary for the next few days.
This stinks of a pre-strike diversion to draw our attention overseas and then hit us here while we dont expect it.

Agree.
Not to mention the fact that these animals know we are closing in on OBL.

I keep on thinking about this statement:
"The first preemptive hit will be outside of the US"
