February 24, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - The Pentagon has dispatched the elite commando force that hunted down Saddam Hussein to Afghanistan for a new operation aimed at getting Osama bin Laden, officials said yesterday. Military sources confirmed that members of the shadowy Task Force 121, the unit that conducted the high-tech search for Saddam and his henchmen, have recently begun operating in the remote mountainous region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border where bin Laden and key al Qaeda and Taliban fugitives are believed to be hiding. The Task Force is made up of highly trained Delta and SEAL commandos, as well as CIA paramilitary operators. It operates outside normal military channels.

Ok. I listened to the C to C segment again, and there's no link between Cheney and the location of the quake. The mystery quake occurred around Newcastle, which is northeastern Wyomnig while Cheney's ranch is around Jackson, southwestern Wyoming.

And it was something that happened in the last week or so, not last night. Sorry for the false alarm on that count.

Our water supply is "cleaned" chemically [chlorine etc] and mechanically. A chemical poison would get right through IMO. And they do not test for everything. Impossible. And even then it's only ocassionally.

I think it's imperative we be careful where the products we buy originate from. If we have any qualms about the location, we should buy local or from someone we know. Mad Cow disease is not killed in the cooking process according to some articles I read about it.

well, we don't need to look much further to know who was shorting the US stock market before 9/11, it was the Saudis.

There is no way to take the Saudis out in full view, it has to be done behind the scenes (it at all), slowly over time. A functioning government in Iraq is a good first step.

Therefore, I've been buying more poutry and pig products and COOKING them.

The beef products that I've looked at in the meat department don't even look right. They look like they have been sitting too long.

At least with Avian Flu...Tex just confirmed for me that dies during cooking.

I really want to get a deep chest freezer. I found a few places online I can order Ostrich from. I can then divy that up, cook and store that.

Now the battle is, hubby doesn't want one in the garage due to the room it takes up and I don't want it in the basement cause I'm afraid the kids would lock themselves in it.

Once you start looking at the info. and magnitude of quakes for the past week....it seems like there have been quite a few quakes recently....but then again I haven't been looking at this site on a regular basis, so maybe it is more common than I thought.

What is interesting, this shows there has been no recorded activity since 3/1/04.

Now, from what I am understanding from last night's C to C is NO ONE is disputing that something happened, right?

Well, if it is in agreement that something happened, it should still be recorded here.

I remember when the bombing in Afghanistan was occurring, I was watching some of the bombing registering here.

What I found interesting was the line of quakes running from southern California up through Utah to Yellowstone.

I've found since the first post that the mystrery quake occurred around Newcastle, in Northeast Wyoming around Feb. 6th

The story on C to C was that the quake was recorded, then pulled. A European agency also recorded it and was told that it was a mine collapse by the USGS, but there are no stories about a mine collapse. It was then suggested that this could have been an underground nuclear test and the USGS responded to that by saying nothing happened in that area, no quake, no mine shaft collapse, nothing.

Strange, eh?

Velveeta has a site posted that is reporting on this, but it's a subscription service that charges $40. :(

There are very strange things going on in the Yellowstone area.
There is a big gas disaster drill scheduled for the area on March 21.
The largest disaster drill ever held in Yellowstone county and aimed specifically towards toxic gasses.
