There are very strange things going on in the Yellowstone area.
There is a big gas disaster drill scheduled for the area on March 21.
The largest disaster drill ever held in Yellowstone county and aimed specifically towards toxic gasses.

I've found an older article on the mystery quake that DOES put it in the Yellowstone area.

Oh my, you've got my eyes wide open now. How close by was the dead elk area? This sounds like their trying to vent some pressure built up doesn't it?!
