SANAA, Yemen, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- A purported statement by al-Qaida in Yemen warned Saturday of a "major strike" soon in the United States.
The statement, distributed by the Yemeni Tagamoo Party for Reforms, said: "A major strike, a big event will take place in America soon," reminiscent of the Sept. 11 attacks.

Ah, that explains alot, thanks. I just wish we could at least, have equal time. Would pay good money to see that movie. :)

I must have missed this one. I don't know if anyone else did. Remember I believe it was LayoutGuru2 that posted one of Daleel's messages stating that the U.S. would be embarrased that they let someone get escaped at the time that they caught #41 this past weekend as if the person escaped from the jail in Fallujah.
Well I guess this is who Daleel was speaking of.
Iraqi resistance leader captured From correspondents in Baghdad
February 18, 2004
A LEADING figure in the resistance around the Iraqi flashpoint town of Fallujah was captured by US forces yesterday during a gun battle in which four soldiers were also wounded, the US military said today.
In a pre-dawn operation near the rebel town, 50 kilometres west of Baghdad, US troops killed one person and caught nine others, including Sadun Mishan, believed to be an anti-coalition cell leader in the region, a military statement said.
A second alleged ringleader, Yasin Hamdi Asef, targeted in the attack by the US military, escaped.
Fallujah, a town which lies in the so-called Sunni Triangle, has become the hotbed of insurgent activity in Iraq.
Gunmen staged a spectacular daylight raid with automatic weapons and rocket-propelled grenades against the main police station and an Iraqi Civil Defence Corps post in the town on Saturday, leaving 23 policemen dead and freeing some 70 criminals.

I just found this and copied it from the anomalies bbd. I wish Sean would update us with some of this information. Normally, I wouldn't "borrow" from another site, but the information seems quite significant:

A simple reading of the headlines would yield the first clue of one of the other people "in the know".
Congressman Chuck Grassley knows this and he does not attend the regularly scheduled CIA briefings ... they come to him with information.
Another person is on this forum, but I will not identifiy him at this time. When he wants to speak, he will.
There are at least two other websites reporting this info. I've done my research... time for a few other people to do theirs it seems.

I submit that DEBKA would be a perfect place to disclose such a leak, as the Ts certainly moniter the site, but no mention has appeared there.
They broke the story about al-Zawahiri's being smuggled out of Iran disguised as a shiite cleric in August 2003.

I'm not sure about Dan's assertion that OBL's network would quickly know that he had been captured, the state of their communication network is unknown to me.
It is quite robust, very sophisticated, and as you can see in my post above... they know he ain't coming back.
Additionally, NEIN recieved another confirmation on the capture of OBL. This one I was advised of in a phone call I recieved from Doug Hagmann about 3 hours ago (1 PM EST). This source is active-duty US military. This source stated we do indeed have OBL in custody and he will be "brought forward when the PTB are damn good and ready".
That makes a total of 5 confirmations now on the capture of Osama bin Laden.

You guys gotta see this, it's toooo funny
usama yahoo page messagehere's a paragraph from the post:
While waiting for national Muslim organizations to wake up to that reality, insha'Allah in many states you can write in your vote for Usama bin Laden for president, or Muhammad al-Durrah (see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/muhammadaldurrahforpresident for example), or some other clearly identifiable Muslim, but to vote for a Kerry or an Edwards is strictly haram.

My guess is that he is tired of being dissed here, and therefore does not have much desire to post here. Maybe if something really big comes along he will post. I know what it is like.

I can hardly wait to see the animal known as OBL brought out for show and tell. The anticipation is building. We get to show little Daleel and EOM what is in store for them as well. Hopefully they have decorated OBL's cell with a picture of President Bush and OBL gets to wake up each morning smelling the coffee and the cooking bacon from his cell.

Since I have both birds (macaw and mealy amazon) and cats (sphynx and pixie bob) I will be hoping the bird flu never crosses the Mississippi. I keep them all indoors, so hopefully that will keep them safe. I feel for all the people in this country who have poultry though, it has got to be somewhat frightening for them because of their investment in their birds.

Yes- He sort of left us hanging with the OBL information. I believe he is telling the truth, and I would like to hear more.

A second alleged ringleader, Yasin Hamdi Asef, targeted in the attack by the US military, escaped. He may have escaped then, but eventually, he will be caught and punished for his crimes. Count on it Daleel.

I agree. It is just one more industry to be hit hard. Times are tuff. It may also be a good time to become a vegetarian.

It may also be a good time to become a vegetarian. It may also be a good time for me to change my bank, but it probably will not do any good. Last night on Lou Dodds he reported that Bank of America would be creating hundreds or thousands more jobs. But advised for us not to get excited due to the jobs would be in China.
