There is a reason why Democrats want the government to keep control of the education of our children. If you do not understand that reason, then you probably went to government schools.

Only info I have on any of these events is from this thread and the little bit of info I can glean on the local news.

I don't have any links to the Atlanta powder. Any freepers out there who can help with this?

Only test results I know of are from the stuff that turned up at the capital bldg.

I tend to notice these events. That's why I stay on this thread. I'm not specificly tracking the ricin events.

According to Time Magazine, the U.S. Government issued a classified intelligence bulletin, on April 2, to state & local authorities to be on the lookout for the biological toxins, ricin and botulinum toxin. The alert, known as "Improvised Chemical & Biological Agents", was issued to nearly 20,000 law enforcement agencies & described what signs that would indicate toxin production.

The alert was issued, at least in part, due to a raid on a radical Islamic compound in NE Iraq late last week in which homemade biological toxins were found

The proof that OBL has been captured comes from secret sources that can't be disclosed for national security reasons. And while those secret sources didn't actually acknowledge that OBL has, in fact, been captured, they refused to deny that he had been captured, which apparently means in spook talk that OBL has been "bagged and tagged."

I was once told that "annonymous sources" in the news buisness means "two reporters sitting around a bar getting hammered and speculating as to what might have happened." Maybe the intelligence business works the same way.
