After reading some of his other posts, it seems he's expecting the US to either be crippled or destroyed after the next attack. He feels he knows it's true. I'm thinking he's on the same line as daleel or EOM, because he comes right out to say 99% is disinfo, yet still posts things as real info. I've been thinking lately that AQ might actually have the capabilities to knock us out, but I can't really think of a conceivable plan to succeed. He talks about a 2-4 wave attack that may target power, communications and oil, but would that even take us out, or keep us from doing anything about it? What could they do the destroy us before we retaliate? I'm trying to think of a scenario, but it's difficult. I'm not sure what to make out of all of this except it seems to be getting more intense, yet the jihadis that post still sound so unsure of themselves and AQ.

I believe so. There are unconfirmed reports that may indicate something in the bilogical warfare arena may have been launched. The ricin in DC is confirmed I believe.

I need some more time to collate various information, and compare notes. I'll be back.

Suspicious powder at Conn. postal office

WALLINGFORD, Conn. (AP) — State environmental officials and federal agents were investigating the discovery of an unidentified white powder at a postal distribution center.

Department of Environmental Protection officials say an employee found the powder in an envelope Tuesday morning. The facility remains open, and officials say they've isolated the area where the powder was discovered.

The Wallingford facility is the same postal center at which investigators found anthrax spores in 2001. The substance found Tuesday has been taken for testing, DEP officials said.

The discovery of the powder comes a day after a suspicious white power that tested positive for ricin was found in Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's office.

The powder was apparently delivered to the Republican senator's office through the mail system. More definitive tests were expected later Tuesday.

This post of ours just hit me hard Ma. For so many reasons and you spoke all truth! My mother had instilled this all in me in the early 60's and lauded McCarthy! My grandpa said there were Russians in the White House, meaning communists. The Kennedy's were commies. When it was posted here several years ago about the fact the upstart Dems in congress were all members of a communist party, I wrote so many letters asking how could they openly belong to this party and CA Maxine Waters was even an exec sec.! I guess they have gone more underground now because their names are now longer listed or are hidden on this site. Jessie Jackson Jr.(my city) is one, seems like ''''every' member of the black democratic caucus was!

It's World War III and Russia, together with Cuba and Nicaragua, has invaded America and is putting the country to the sword.

The invaders are being beastly to good ol' folk and overrun a sizeable portion of the country before being stopped.

America is split into a free zone and an occupied zone and trapped inside the Communist area is a deadly group of freedom fighters called the Wolverines.

Having sat through more than an hour of Red Dawn I was hoping the Russians would take mercy on us and nuke the whole country because - despite a good cast of soon-to-be-big-name actors - {{{this is sheer tripe.}}}

Who, in their right minds, would invade a country of 250 million people - who between them have about 1 billion guns?

Who, in their right minds, would believe schoolkids could fight trained soldiers?

And who, in their right minds, would agree to be a part of this ridiculous make believe?

Unfortunately, the Wolverines started to kick Russkie ass and dragged the whole thing on for almost two hours.

The plot is {{{too far-fetched for words,}}} the script is horrible and only Harry (how could you do this, Harry?) Stanton comes out with any acting cred as the doomed father who orders his lads not to cry and just avenge him.

I guess this was humor to them two decades ago!

The premise has the communists landing in Middle America, and it's then up to a bunch of high school jocks and weekend hunters to save the day for God and country. At his best, Milius can mold brilliant characters who "love the smell of napalm in the morning." At his worst, he's considered a reactionary nut. We're certain the Mr. Sinus guys will have plenty of caustic comedy to contribute.

TraVeller2022's post reminds me of the stuff we read at Quayle and NEIN -- mostly sensationalized speculation based upon secret information from secret sources, that the reader cannot possibly verify or disprove. If the inevitible happens, and we are attacked again (we might even be under attack now if the ricin fear proves true), then the response from TRAVELLER2022EOMNEINQUAYLE is "See, I told you so," and if the attack doesn't happen during the time period or in the manner as predicted then the TRAVELLER2022EOM's of the world say, "Stupid Americans fall for disinformation, the real attack will begin..." and the process starts all over again, and the NEINQUAYLE's of the world say, "the attacks were stopped as a result of the information that we provided to the Feds, so you better pay attention to us in the future."

Don't get me wrong -- most of the information posted from these sources and others like them are a worthy and interesting read whether the information is presented as fact, opinion, or pure speculation, if only for the mental exercise of preparing the mind and soul for the various possibilities in the very dangerous world that we live in. Just keep things in perspective and remember that "possible" is not the same as "imminent" or "probable."

This is quite serious news and it seems like the press is being rather nonchalant about it... On a sidenote, this is why it's so hard to get worked up over jihadi posts on the net. We're looking for planes, they're licking stamps.
