After reading some of his other posts, it seems he's expecting the US to either be crippled or destroyed after the next attack. He feels he knows it's true. I'm thinking he's on the same line as daleel or EOM, because he comes right out to say 99% is disinfo, yet still posts things as real info. I've been thinking lately that AQ might actually have the capabilities to knock us out, but I can't really think of a conceivable plan to succeed. He talks about a 2-4 wave attack that may target power, communications and oil, but would that even take us out, or keep us from doing anything about it? What could they do the destroy us before we retaliate? I'm trying to think of a scenario, but it's difficult. I'm not sure what to make out of all of this except it seems to be getting more intense, yet the jihadis that post still sound so unsure of themselves and AQ.
TraVeller2022's post reminds me of the stuff we read at Quayle and NEIN -- mostly sensationalized speculation based upon secret information from secret sources, that the reader cannot possibly verify or disprove. If the inevitible happens, and we are attacked again (we might even be under attack now if the ricin fear proves true), then the response from TRAVELLER2022EOMNEINQUAYLE is "See, I told you so," and if the attack doesn't happen during the time period or in the manner as predicted then the TRAVELLER2022EOM's of the world say, "Stupid Americans fall for disinformation, the real attack will begin..." and the process starts all over again, and the NEINQUAYLE's of the world say, "the attacks were stopped as a result of the information that we provided to the Feds, so you better pay attention to us in the future."
Don't get me wrong -- most of the information posted from these sources and others like them are a worthy and interesting read whether the information is presented as fact, opinion, or pure speculation, if only for the mental exercise of preparing the mind and soul for the various possibilities in the very dangerous world that we live in. Just keep things in perspective and remember that "possible" is not the same as "imminent" or "probable."

Senate Powder Tests Positive for Ricin

WASHINGTON - Preliminary tests of a white powder discovered in a Senate office building Monday were positive for the potentially deadly poison ricin, the U.S. Capitol Police chief said.
Two out of three tests indicate ricin, Chief Terrance Gainer said at a late-evening news conference. The third test came out negative, and a fourth, more definitive test was under way, with results expected Tuesday.
Sixteen people who were on the floor where the white powder was discovered on mail were being decontaminated and would be allowed to go home, Gainer said.

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. (AP) - About a thousand people were evacuated from their homes and 16 miles of Interstate 80 were shut down Monday night after a tanker truck leaked a hazardous chemical at a rest stop, authorities said. Homes in Mifflin Township within half a mile of the rest area in north-central Pennsylvania were evacuated, Columbia County Emergency Management Director Irene Miller said, and the highway was closed in both directions.
State police said it was not immediately clear how long the hazard would last, but those evacuated were told not to expect to return home Monday night.

Feb. 2— Some workers in a Senate office building were told to leave their offices today after preliminary testing indicated the presence of a hazardous substance.
The U.S. Capitol Police said a suspicious powder substance was found at 3 p.m. in a room in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, located northeast of the Capitol. A preliminary test found that the substance was hazardous, the police said.
