Such is life in the world of intelligence. Many dead ends, false alarms, cold trails, intentional misdirection and, yes, wrong conclusions. Lots and lots of frustration.
I came into this thread with the attitude that you describe re: "If it happens, it happens, but I'm not going to worry about it and let it affect my life or my lifestyle." And I haven't let what's been posted on this thread change that. Why can't you adopt that attitude and still read and participate and share info. It seems as though some feel like they were promised something and because they haven't gotten it they are disappointed, even angry in some cases. (Not you in particular asb3pe). If you give no credence to certain sites, then don't read them. If someone cites info from those sites, ignore the info (if you can). Glean what you can from sources you feel comfortable with and let those who will, put their own credibility on the line. To be honest I think a lot of what has been posted here by many (even me) is no less alarmist than what some are accusing certain "intelligence" sites of, and they (we) haven't been critcized or humiliated nearly to the extent those site owners and related parties have. (Although we have been criticized) The only difference is, IMHO, is that it is easier to voice a seemingly wild-ass conjecture, no matter how well-founded one may feel it is, in a group of many like-minded people. Whereas these sites, assuming their hearts are in the right place, are essentially stepping out there and putting what they feel are well-founded opinions and observations on a web page all by itself. If you question their motives that's fine, but don't make it a personal thing. Just ignore their info, don't let it steal your joy. Anyone paying attention to this board suffering from emotional anxiety or feelings of imminent harm, or who is angry in general and made more angry by what they perceive as irrationalism, self-promoters and gloom and doomers should drop their keyboard and slowly back up, take a deep breath, approach their keyboard and go to another topic entirely. I don't say this lightly as I have seen some posts from a few indicating one, both or all of the above. This is not intended as a slam on anyone, nor a defense of anyone, just something I've been wanting to say. There is no doubt in my mind that the majority of the people participating on this thread share the same concerns, want to know as much as possible and have their hearts and minds in the right place.
For my disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with any website involved in the collection of any kind of intelligence. I do not personally know anyone who has been posting on this board. Just my .02 cents.
Whew, now I feel better.

What else was in it? Anything under the daisies?

Exactly right. All the preps I started buying I used the little bit of money I had and got what I could a little at a time. My husband thought I was crazy then 9/11 happened and he started being a little more supportive.
We have not been able to build a fallout shelter and that concerns me, I find it very interesting to see that was it China is building shelters for the public while our government tells us to buy duct tape and plastic sheeting!
To: nw_arizona_granny
Here's the first problem: It's hard to build - and easy to destroy. Think of the work, planning and cost that goes into building a home. Then know a terrorist with a match can burn it down. (The terrorist is not the equivalent of the architect or builder, but destroying allows the illusion of equal power)
Second problem: Muslims in the ME have been fed an incredibly stupid story to keep them in line -- and here it is. It's that the Jews and the West are taking their oil money and that's why they're poor. The reality that their systems don't produce wealth is beyond them. ( I point out that Japan sits on a rock with no oil, no gold, no anything and still they can buy any ME country - it works sometimes)
Poor and ignorant Muslims don't get that they're being manipulated by their own leaders. Leaders who are benefiting greatly.
In defense of poor ignorant Muslims, it's easier to believe it's "the Jews" or "the West" rather than that their belief systems produce thugs who abuse them. And that they're part of the problem that created this counterproductive culture.
It's a culture that throws away the skills of women, teaches hopelessness, knee bowing authority, biggest thug wins, corruption on every level, and pushes freedom from responsibility.
Morality? Women carry that responsibility, with many laws based on sexual control. If a wife looks like a floating pile of dog poop, a man can torture innocents and rape young boys. Because the moral lime light is only on the woman.
In other words, if you took these twisted belief systems and put them in the United States, we'd be a third world country within 25 years. It's similar to ghetto think. And that's the problem. Ghetto think and Muslim "excuse making as an art form" are a volatile mix. I fear that it's a tipping point waiting to happen. You understand, granny. How is it you can see this? What else have you figured out?
If you doubt what I have said, go and do a search, I find them on almost every muslim website, thousands of them are being recruited. Add to the fact that the communist are also actively recruiting them and you have to wonder where the Americans are who will fight to protect us?
We haven't begun this war yet, every evil person that has a grudge for anyone, is going to act on it and call it terrorism.

Live smallpox?
About a month ago, Promedmail.com issued a report that said that researchers had recovered smallpox scabs from a long dead body.
I didn't read it all, so can't answer questions.
The above site will not work with my computer, but I think that reports are there in the archives.
No vaccinations for me.
To: GOPJ
Well said GOPJ. And I shudder at the thought that the infiltration of our prison population by radical muslims and their ideology has been occurring for years. Another front against the U.S.A. has been formed right under our very noses and still the majority of America remains unaware.

"I get the impression from this article that Germany supplied the ME with Smallpox Vaccines. So can the human's vaccinated shed? Could they be carriers while immune?"
Very interesting question. My oldest contracted a mild case of chicken pox when my youngest was vaccinated for it. This is known to happen.
My last small pox vaccination was in '70 before going abroad. I distinctly recall the Dr. putting a taped bandage on my arm and my mothers arm and telling us not to take it off for a few days. Obviously it was a possible shedding point. I don't know if the new vaccines are live.

At how many months did they vaccinate the babies?

We have not been able to build a fallout shelter and that concerns me..Same here. Shelter is probably THE #1 thing to make sure you have - even before food and water. Yet, it's probably one of the harder things to accomplish.
There are ways around it, tho. Check out a book called "Nuclear War Survival Skills". I think nitro-pak.com has it, and you can find e-copies on the 'net. There's a lot of info in there on what to do for shelter, including arranging things in your basement (per FEMA), digging a fallout shelter outside, etc (neighbors might look at you kind of oddly, tho).
I've been considering finishing one of my rooms in the basement with solid cement block walls. (Cement provides great Rad protection). This is a tad expensive, though, as I have to hire a brick mason type guy, and the material is HEAVY! From there, you can create a positive pressure difference with one of those contraptions like americansaferoom(s?).com sells - this could keep out bio, chem and nuclear. All in all, a pretty safe solution. But, I wonder if it is "overkill". And, it only does you good if you can get from work (or wherever else) to home when TSHTF.
Short of shelter, three things I'd HIGHLY recommend getting:
- Personal RAD detector (nukalert.com has a good one). Put it on your keychain and take it EVERYWHERE as it does no good sitting at home.
- N95+ masks (something SMALL that you carry with you at ALL times in a bag, purse, etc).
- KI pills
Of course, it is imperative to have all of these things with you at ALL times, or else they do no good..
This won't totally protect you, but you'll know when to get the heck out of dodge, and will give you a much, MUCH better chance of survival than 99% of the others who haven't been so attentive to preparation.

Hi Piper, I listen to the audio from that Steve guys site. Someone linked it from TB2000. The video did not show up for me only a black screen but I was able to listen to the audio.
The music is either Saggy or another groups by the name of Lumidee.

One thing we can say for certain: these jihadist artists (?) are really fixated on nuclear explosions. You can sure say that again!
I've often wondered if this is a form of jihad-erotica for them. They sure seem fixated on Photoshopping things.
More likely, it is their way of acting out the frustration that likely results from not being able to do any more significant damage to us, post 9/11. So, they turn to fantasy..

I'd like to know who/what $$$ is behind the Foundation for health choice. Notice it smeared Jenner, the father of vaccination right off the bat.
If smallpox hits here I have no qualms about healthy folks getting vaccinated and I would want my kids vaccinated unless it was medically contraindicated.
