I want to know how much longer the media is going to consider Wes Clark a viable candidate?

My goodness, MSNBC was pointing out Clark rallies today were overflowing and Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen (big Clinton buds, and we all know Clark=Clinton) are in NH campaigning.

The change from Jan. 22-23 is very believable in light of Thursday's "debate":
- Clark was a disaster and he loses over a third of his support overnight (18 down to 11)
- Lieberman eloquently supported the war, and got a small bump from the few sane Dems left (5 to 7)
- Dean had to REALLY impress, and he didn't (23 to 18).
- Kerry had to just not screw up, and benefited from the others (24 to 35), effectively picking up the Dean and Clark defectors.
- Edwards did all right, and got a bit of a bump (7 to 9).

Really small sample, but credible in light of the "debate."

Susan Estrich said on Fox that Kerry had a history as a skirt chaser, even after marrying Lovie.

Sad but true: if the best thing anyone can come up with is skirt-chasing, BFD....

However, if there really is video of him burning the flag.......(if I had the video, I'd be in hiding right now).

I believe you are right...in polls that is the most likely combo to be competitive against GWB-Cheney.

I saw Fred Barns asking Carl Cameron why the NH pols are so screwed up. He refered to Bush leading by 2 in the pols but losing to McCain by twenty.

Kerry is probably no where near his pol numbers and I bet Dean ends up winning NH. It just seems thats how NH voters like to do it.

So he is loosing to "Undecided". I think I'll vote for that guy. Has a nice ring to it, President Undecided.

Oh, there is. He got carried away at one of the "Vietnam Vets against the War" rallies.

The problem is keeping Chris Lehane from getting hold of it too soon.

I'm afraid Dean is dead meat. A shame he couldn't hold out another six months.

If Dr, Dean imploded after the convention, I'm sure the rats would have tried a "Torricelli" at the last minute.

It could still happen with Kerry.

That bag-o-bones has a few skeletons that need to be dusted off.

I wonder if Dean Was just a stalking horse the whole time. He has energized the left. Clark- Liebermann represent the conservative side of dems...Kerry and Edwards the Center left of the democratic party and Dean the thumping hard left. Logically that means a Kerry- Clark Combo or a Clark - Liebermann duo..

Damn,,I want Dean! Kerry will be hard to beat, mark my words!

I don't believe a New England super-liberal who looks as scary as Kerry can appeal to enough of the country to win the White House.

Let's remember, before Dean imploded last week Kerry was way down in the polls and was having to borrow money to keep his campaign going.

I think the real winner might be, if they had as a selection, none of the above.

They would nominate None if they could. A generic Democrat does beat George W.

If Kerry wins New Hampshire it is no longer a horse race...

As long as Kerry's running, it's always a horse race.

Don't count out that if Dean loses, He will start a third party leftist option. This would destroy the Dem. vote completely. Dean is an egomaniac and will stop at nothing.

Therefore, I say, pray that Dean loses....
