Kerry yesterday used Libya's announcement that it would end its nuclear weapons program to slam the Bush administration's foreign policy, saying the agreement with Moammar Khadafy shows what is possible through negotiations instead of force and threats.

Kerry is clueless... well maybe just has a screw loose. Typical democrat; everytime they open their mouths, they just tell lies.

The American Congress never declared it a "war." Perhaps if they had, we'd have won it.

Successful use of force often results in later success without the use of force. Are the Democrats still learning this?I don't think so.
Thinking and logic are not strong points for the democrats.
Their strong point are finger-pointing and criticism; and never offering a solution to anything other than raising taxes and spending taxpayer money.

I attended the speech by Kerry with about 200 rabid Dems. Being a Bush supporter, I just kept my mouth shut while those at my table enthusiastically applauded his every sentence. He spoke for about twenty minutes, and in that twenty minutes, he mentioned his Vietnam service at least twice, if not three times.
As to Libya voluntarily giving up there WMD's, he did mention that was good. But went on to infer that the negotiations actually began during the Clinton administration. He expounded on that even more on Sunday's CNN, where he mentioned that "Unfortunately it came at the end of the Clinton administration, and Bush did not follow up on it". Now, this is contrary to what was reported. The report was that the talks began in March of this year. Right about the time we were to enter Iraq.
I imagine that had a lot to do with Gadhafi's decision, don't you?

Kerry rips Bush: He should not have caught Saddam, disarmed Ghaddafi, removed the Taliban, or the Baathists. He should not have ended the recession and given us the fastest growing economy in 20 years.
