Action Alert - Your help is needed!

State Attorney Bernie McCabe has refused to investigate charges of physical abuse against a disabled Pinellas County woman - even though a bone scan indicated trauma. Mr. McCabe has refused to investigate well-founded allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation against the same disabled woman - even though such offenses are felony crimes under Florida law.

In Pinellas County, Florida a woman by the name of Terri Schiavo may have endured physical abuse and neglect at the hands of her guardian and caretakers. These are serious crimes against a vulnerable person and call for immediate and thorough investigation. However, Mr. McCabe has shut down Florida Law Enforcement from doing so.

Will Mr. McCabe commit the same type of cover-up if your loved one is a possible victim? Act now by contacting Mr. McCabe and demanding that he do the job he was elected to do. It is his duty to all Pinellas County citizens.

It must be noted that Judge Greer HAS NOT entered an order forbidding the provision of food and water by mouth to Terri after the removal of the tube.

I thought that Greer said, "Don't anyone feed that girl," when he ordered the tube removed the first time.

Robert from the extreme reaction Jeb Bush received "before" he decided to intervene, must surely give him a clue as to what the "deliberate" starvation of this girl WILL mean to his re-election. I don't normally condone civil disobedience BUT, in this case with not only the cruelty and deliberate murder of Terri, but they (the pro-murder) crowd will have kicked the door of nazi type euthanasia wide open. I would love to see that girl snatched from that dispicable "care"? facility and whisked away to another State or Country. Even Canada to my knowledge, does not condone this. Jeb Bush is not up for re-election.
We have term limits in Florida, and JB has maxed them out as Governor.
Governor Bush has pulled off a miracle, in convincing the legislative branch of the State of Florida to pass Terri's Law.
Jeb Bush may have come late to the table in a lot of peoples opinion,
but he can not be faulted for ignoring this crisis, or not acting in the defense of the basic human right to life in Florida.
Just so you know, he has spent plenty of "political capitol", if one weighs in that measure, on behalf of Terri Schiavo.
He has done all he can legally do, and is now facing the courts in defending the legality of his actions.
This is the USA, and our elected officials are not demi-gods.

Okay, I understand. I didn't realize that Governor's had term limits. I have always really liked Governor Bush and when he filed the Amicus brief I was very impressed. I felt it was sincere. I am just puzzled however at the extent of conflicts of interest in this case including with those of both the legal and medical systems and there appearing to be no political will to deal with it. First and foremost, I DO NOT understand how Michael Schiavo can "pretend" to be the loving and caring husband until he receives a Court award to be used "specifically" for Terri's rehabilitation, and immediately upon receipt of that award, openly misuse the same. There just seem to be so many things that beg for a "criminal" investigation in this case and yet the carrying out of that investigation keeps being denied time and again.
