I saw a picture of Charles Cullen, the nurse who admitted that he killed more than 30 patients. I was reminded of Michael Shiavo.

If you study the face of Cullen, then study the face of Schiavo, they are remarkably similar, in that both are without expression, remorse, almost a cold feeling. If the face shows that, the heart does as well
