I tell ya when I heard the news--and I just waking up--the news was electrifying. And if the Constamatoosionalists wade in with sumpin' stupid, I slap 'em silly.
Linda Vester just said the President's speech has been pushed back 15 minutes. Foo.

Thanks for the ping! At first I panicked, thinking this was the President's address (due in 14 minutes -- rushing to be ready for church before then), but then realized...

I agree with your wife. President Bush never wants to jump in front of others who are working with him. I think that is the reason why he comes across as stiff and uncomfortable when he is alone with a TV crew. He loves to interact, not act alone.

"Have the Europeans demanded he be turned over to the UN to be tried yet?" Not that I know of, but I went over to DU and THEY are demanding it. :) Those people are so predictable, we could write their material ourselves. LOL!

The Iraqis shown on FNC happily waving their red flags (with hammer & sickle) are communists. If the Iraqi Communists are happy at Saddam's capture, why aren't the American Democrats??? 8^)

This photo joins the Michael Jackson, Glen Campbell, Nick Nolte, and (that fat hairly Al Qaida guy) as the worst Gotcha! photos of the year. LOL! Saddam wins the contest for being pulled out of a hole and checked for head lice on world wide TV.

Can you imagine if this had happened with the bent one. He would have been all over tv claiming that he masterminded it.
Of course that would have never happened, as the bent one probably received money from $oddomite to make sure that the Bent One didn't try to regime change the $oddomite.

I almost reached over to push up the jaw of the woman in front of me when I told the crowd (okay, five people) in the checkout line--she was absolutely astounded.
Green Bay's Army Reserve unit, the 432nd Civil Affairs division, is in Iraq and has great community support. There was just a drive to collect money for items to send to our troops Over There--and so much money was collected that they had a surplus of $12,000, which they gave to the support group a couple days ago. They're going to save the money for a big bash when the 432nd comes home.

I wonder if the stock market will take a mighty leap upwards on Monday.
To: jriemer
The Iraqis with the red flags didn't receive a lot of protection money from $oddomite, whereas the key rats in Congress have probably received a lot in the past two plus decades.
