The Buffalo branch of the F.B.I. confirms the news with Channel 2: that they are aware of a known Al-Qaeda website that posted a picture of Niagara Falls. A picture that was taken at night from high above, facing the American side of Niagara Falls.

NBC News is reporting that the F.B.I. is concerned about the picture, and the fact that a picture of Niagara Falls was posted on a known Al-Qaeda website.

The web address of that Al-Qaeda website is based somewhere in the United Kingdom, and is no longer an active Internet link.

Channel 2 News tried logging on to that website, but an error page popped up every time.

According to NBC News, there are pictures of known hijackers and familiar Al-Qaeda images on the website.

There were a number of different image files on that Al-Qaeda website, including the following file names:

“Atta Group.”

“Flight 11 Seating.”

“Department of Mayhem.”

“Surprise.”

“Bin Laden.”

And the one file name that is causing concern within the FBI here at home:

“NiagraFallsatnight,Canada.jpg,” with the file name not adding the letter “a” to correctly spell “Niagara.”

According to NBC News, the F.B.I. is troubled by the addition of the Niagara Falls picture on the known Al-Qaeda website, and that the F.B.I. is studying the image for any potential secret messages embedded in the photo, who posted it, and why?

“I doubt very much that Al-Qaeda is carrying out tourist trips to Niagara Falls. The odds are much more likely that it is the subject of potential targeting for Al-Qaeda,” said NBC News Terrorism Analyst Steve Emerson.

Channel 2 News did talk to Buffalo F.B.I. Spokesman Paul Moskal about our story. He released this statement:

“Nationally and internationally, the F.B.I. has not received any information indicating any person, group, or location within any area in Western New York, that is being targeted by Al-Qaeda,” said Moskal in his statement.

I really don't understand what their facination is with the falls.

Without getting into any detail I can tell you that some of the generation facilities and holding ponds are a little "soft". My guess is they may be planning on crimping the grid. Of coarse they may just like the picture..."All that water"

It just dawned on me that instead of engineering human disease bioagents, other forms which attaack other species may be effective in warfare as well. Inducing crop failures, fish kills, sickness in livestock, etc. could be equally effective, and could be developed without the need for the safeguards that human bioagents would require... Actually, Ontario is the smallest of the Great lakes. Lake Ontario is the lowest, and last lake in the system, it empties into the Atlantic via the St. Lawrence River. The Great Lakes together make up the largest single system of fresh water in the world.

By volume Ontario contains more water than any other body of fresh water, I'm almost positive of it. It's flush cycle is like 500 to 1000 years. It is VERY deep.

Sadly true. Fortunately (in a perverse way) diseases tend to spread and the worse the living conditions the quicker they spread. Lets hope that their aren't too many smart "Suicide" Bio-engineers. There is something I stumbled across a few years ago, in the Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament, under the word for "riddle", or as the King James also translates it, "dark sentences". The Bible passages are about individulas who are able to expound riddles or solve difficult questions, such as Solomon, or the stern-faced king of fierce countenance in Daniel 8.

That's an excellent point. Several references come to mind, such as:

Revelation 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
Revelation 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

See if you see any script in my pic on post 251. It's darker than the photo in the sky area and gets easier to see the longer you look. I added noise to make it easier to see but I still can't make it out. It could also be my imagination....

Anyway, perhaps that Niagara pic means also: "I am here/ I have arrived."

Years ago I remember a movie where the saying of Niagara Falls triggered a post hypnotic suggestion.It was IIRC a comedy.Slowly I turned,step by step.......Somebody help me here,surely someone else remembers this.
