This is Maggie at our zoo. Sunday is Christmas for the animals at the zoo. Each animal has a stocking in front of its enclosure and people bring stuff from a list. It's a lot of fun seeing little people run from stocking to stocking asking "what does this animal eat?"

In the interest of protecting Canteen members from acquiring Head Lice from invasive filthy predator animals, close crop hair cuts will be required for all posters.

This pic was taken just down the road from where I live. This photographer must live in Anchorage. He's got some great pictures. Sunrise today was 10am and sunset was 3:42pm.

LadyX told me of the late sun rises and early sun sets in the Winter.

That is something I would not be able to adjust to.
