I have often wondered if a certain percentage of abortionists get sick sexual pleasure from the idea of 'killing' fetuses.

Where's the story? There are sexual sickos in all walks of life. There are sexual predators for example in otherwise legitimate gynecological practices, too. We've heard of dentists abusing their patients under gas. And so forth. So it's just not surprising that one happens to turn up in a profession we hate, too.
