Where's the story? There are sexual sickos in all walks of life. There are sexual predators for example in otherwise legitimate gynecological practices, too. We've heard of dentists abusing their patients under gas. And so forth. So it's just not surprising that one happens to turn up in a profession we hate, too.

Abortion is a grisly procedure, it can only be done by the heartless and it must be done by entering the vaginal tract; now, why would you rationalize a possibly compelling fetish by introducing the ordinary and reputable practice of gynecology to diminish the only understandable motive this sick bastard could have had for the anquish he caused these misguided women?
