These are Florida judges. Who can doubt that they will block admitting this into evidence?

Somebody in Florida with political know-how should point out to the senior citizens of Florida, who form a huge, mostly liberal, voting block, that if the judges are allowed to get away with killing Terry Schiavo solely on the verbal evidence of her husband, without any other evidence whatever, and in particular with no written request, they are putting themselves in terrible danger every time they visit a hospital.

George Felos, the assisted suicide advocate who is Michael's attorney, calls the nurse's statements, "a bunch of garbage." ... Because Felos can communicate directly with the Nurse's soul, I suppose, as per his claims in his book?

As a spinner of tales, I couldn't imagine a character as rich in evil and as steeped in self-aggrandizement as George Felos! Felos is close to a character in Psychologist M. Scott Peck's book, People Of The Lie, as close as any one could imagine ... except for Michael Schiavo, who is the epitome of one particular demon-spawn in Peck's descriptions. And folks, Peck's book is not a novel; it's based on real psychological profiles, of real spiritual vampires preying upon the souls of others!

It's only a MISDEMEANOR to cremate Terri's body before the mandatory 48 hour waiting period. But Michael already got Judge Greer oGree to give him a written order ALLOWING the cremation immediately. So Michael has a get-out-of-jail-free card.

The order, MOST LIKELY has NO expiration date. And if Terri happens to die, we PROBABLY will NOT KNOW it until after she is whisked out and her evidence is turned to ashes.

Michael wants Terri's body cremated to avoid larger expenditures in funeral expenses than he would with cremation.

I'd be surprised if that wish is granted if there is one thread of suspicion. Any DA or judge could issue a stop order barring cremation and order the preserving of the remains for future tests.
