Did a doctor recently diagnose Terri as cerebral palsey victim? This is the first I heard of this on Hannitty the other night. Who was the doctor and how did he/she arrive at this diagnosis?

When bidding the pilgrims farewell, the Holy Father commended the victims of traffic accidents to God and renewed "the urgent appeal for conduct that is respectful of human life and of the norms of security."

Looks like the Pope was busy with more pressing matters.

If Carla testifies against the HINO, now that the guardianship issue is back on the table, what about Trudy Capone (former co-worker of Michael's)? She signed an affidavit on May 9/2001, stating "Michael confided in me all the time about Terri ... He said to me many times that he had no idea what her wishes were."

That testimony could come back in as well. I don't know where Trudy Capone might be, Or Jackie Rhodes. I would hope they'd let in the affadavits of the other aides as well. Not to mention the bone scan, which, as I understand it, was never admitted into evidence.

I think George W. Greer will not re-air the guardianship issue at all. Why? He is waiting for the higher courts and his judicial "allies" to strike down the constitutionality of Terri's Law. Then he will re-set everything back to the deadly state of affairs on Oct. 21. Greer will say that there is no need for another hearing on the guardianship because Terri's Law is illegal, as he knew from the start!!

It's all rigged!!! People in FL don't know what's happening to them.

The videos that MS and Felos distributed to the media show Terri looking like an absolute freak. The videos her parents took ILLEGALLY show Terri as somewhat alert and looking pretty. THANK GOD THAT THE HINO AND HIS LAWYER ARE BEING EXPOSED FOR THE EVIL MONSTERS THEY ARE!

I believe Michael was given 10 days to explain to the court why he should retain guardianship, which wouldn't count the weekends, so I think that would mean early next week. I'd have to look up the date of that last hearing.

This is the challenge by the Schindlers concerning guardianship, right? Will that be moot if Terri's law is ruled unconstitional?

I am starting to really get confused here...sigh.

He doesn't want to get married; he said they're happy with things the way they are. At this point, with most of the money gone, he wants Terri dead so HE'LL BE VICTORIOUS IN HIS QUEST AND TO COVER HIS ASS! The guy is a monster! Felos is in it to promote his book. If Terri survives, MS and Felos will be exposed and broke! They'll do whatever it takes to KILL TERRI! Remind me never to step foot in Florida. Sheeeeeesh!

I think that's the idea. Anyway, yes, on the guardianship hearing. It seems that Jeb can still appeal the lifting of the stay on the case regarding Terri's Law, how far I don't know. The stay is just on the arguments for having the case heard on Terri's Law heard in Tallahassee. Only thing I can figure is that the liberal RATs (which is obviously what the "R" after the names of these judges stand for) hate Jeb as much as they hate his brother. It is a pathological hatred that clouds their judgement in all things involving him. Personally, I think it's just that the Bush brothers are getting in the way of their efforts to fast track their Marxist agenda.
