According to the officer who reproduced the report(who was one of the responding oficers), it is absolutely accurate as to the details of the original report. He stated it was easily readable on the microfilm screen but illegible in printed form.

" The quality of the microfilm onto which the report was transferred has degenerated; the report can be read on the microfilm screen but it is largely unreadable in printed form. Due to the circumstances of this case, I have reproduced the report in its entirety so the record can be preserved. This new entry is absolutely accurate as to the content of the narrative, which could be easily read on the microfilm screen. The captions are also easily readable on the microfilm screen and they, too, were reproduced accurately as to content. Only small. technical aspects of the captions are different because the report writing format has changed since 1990."

What I would like to know is why it was reproduced by this officer on October 22, 2003??? Did somebody ask for it to be done? That would have been around the time that the feeding tube was re-inserted, right?

I dated a guy who was in the lawn business and every a.m., he'd start his day at the same plaza where the hot dog girls picked up their carts for the day. The guy I used to date really liked those strippers, maybe too much for his own good. I can't recall now but I've actually been to the plaza where they picked up their carts in the a.m. What a life - stripping all night and selling hot dogs by day.

Amazing -- he got through that entire diatribe without saying one true thing. I'm impressed. Even a seasoned liar slips occasionally and says something true. Bill Clinton did it once. I was so awed I reported it to a friendly publication. Clinton said he was sleepy because he hadn't had enough sleep. And darned if that isn't a truth!

The liberal bias jumps off the page. But it does make one wonder just a bit, why are liberals stomping a helpless woman and siding with an obvious scoundrel like Michael? I can remember when liberals fought for women, especially those who had been abused or battered by men. Now they pile on and kick the woman on the ground!

This is just like the old Commie "Party Line" or the Democrats' "Talking Points." The "Line" comes down from above and all the little worker ants spread it around the media.

So here we are: Felos thinks up the day's Party Line ("It's all about money"). Some troll at the St. Pete Times writes it up. Next thing you know, some other troll brings it over and posts it in Free Republic.

Felos is projecting. Killing Terri is his ticket to fame and money. He's already stolen $380,000 of HER THERAPY MONEY, and other lawyers at his firm are stealing from her too. That they conned a judge into "authorizing" it does not make it less a case of stealing. The money was awarded only for the purpose of paying for Terri's therapy.

Michael himself is next in line for the charge of being greedy, greedy, greedy. In fact, he may well have beaten and choked his wife because she spent $80 getting her hair done. Her life wasn't worth $80 to him.

Then he stole her wedding rings to make a ring for himself. I'll bet he figured he was reimbursing himself for the $80 -- right, Michael?

Re: Terri Schiavo

Since the initial withdrawal of hydration and nourishment from Terri Schiavo on Wednesday October 15, 2003 The Advocacy Center has received numerous complaints of possible neglect concerning Ms. Schiavo. Additionally we have received reports that there may have been a change in circumstance regarding Ms. Schiavo's condition since the last full review in State Court.

It is The Advocacy Center's federal mandate (pursuant to 29 U.S.C. §794(a) (doc 1) and 42 U.S.C.§1504 3(a)(2)(B) as the designated Protection and Advocacy Agency for the State of Florida to investigate complaints of abuse and/or neglect against persons with disabilities.

The Center is presently making demands in order to acquire reports and records necessary to undertake a thorough and impartial investigation of complaints we have received.

In order to preserve the integrity of our investigation during its pendency no further statement will be made to the Press.

Wondering now if Terri was lucid enough during her beating to proclaim she wanted a divorce. That might have sent the rage off....beyond imagination.

He's much bigger than she. If he wrestled her down, and got on her back to hold her down, and cut off her air, there seems little or nothing she could do to defend herself.

Don't forget the fractured femur. That is a large bone. A break in that bone would take trauma. The femur is not an easy bone to break.

She didn't have an eating disorder.

I'm not suggesting that Terri did have an eating disorder. Just pointing out that even IF she did, it still wouldn't explain all those fractures in her bones because she wasn't anorexic/bulimic for sure during her adolescence. That is the prime time for women's bones to be increasing in density. If she was up to 200 lbs.(?, I think I read that figure in some article about Terri), then she would have a pretty sufficient bone density for awhile and I don't think the eating disorder (Michael's say-so, not mine) would have had sufficient time to deplete her bones of the necessary minerals. Am I making sense now? Just trying to poke holes in the theory that her bones are broken because of osteoporosis or any other type of bone density problem.
