FCC APPROVES USE OF THE "F" WORD ON TV AND RADIO!
The Federal Communications Commission has approved the use of the "F" word for use on any TV show or radio program, ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT!
The FCC said the word can be used whenever desired except in sexual situations!
>>That means that real soon you will be watching a sit-com on TV, or news, or any drama or movie-ANY PROGRAM-and it*s ok! Hollywood is rejoicing!
>>Soon, when you are driving your kids to school you will be listening to a song which makes extensive use of the word.
>>Shock jocks such as Howard Stern are now free to use any language, no matter how vile and repugnant, on their radio shows. And use it they will.
>>No longer will movies shown on TV have to be edited because of language.
WE MUST ACT NOW TO STOP THIS!
Send your letter to your Congressman, Senators and members of the FCC.
Let them know that you want this stopped-NOW!
Please send your letter now. And please forward this letter to your email list asking them to get involved.
If it isn*t stopped now, in a few months verbal pornography will rule the airways!
Please act today. Help us get 1,000,000 email letters to members of Congress, Senators and FCC Commissioners.
Thanks for getting involved!

Amazing that some freepers think obscenities on TV and radio are no big thing.
Maybe someday I myself will achieve this high level of conservative thought.

LOL. I'm afraid I can't make claims to anything so original. It's by G.K. Chesterton.

"Deviancy has already been not only dumbed down...its been institutionalized..."
So we're suppose to just shove our heads into the sand and pretend that we live in a "Christian" nation, right? Isn't it BECAUSE WE HAVE ALLOWED THE DUMBING DOWN OF MORALITY IN AMERICA by saying "so what" that it has given these depraved minds to spew their profanity over the airwaves because there was no opposition to them except a very rare small whimper from a very rare few in the Christian community?

"Why do so many people accept "Snopes" as Gospel?"
Very Good Question! Who are these guys? Does anybody know anything about them, their philosophy? Where they get THEIR information from? They never show any accreditation when they give their "facts" about what is "true" and what is "false", "partially true", or "partially false".

My kids don't. They go to a public school, and if anyone says it at school they are suspended. I know one girl that was suspended last year.
My 9 year old doesn't know what the F word is or means. He thought it was "funk", and he and his friends looked it up in the dictionary. They didn't understand what was so bad about "funk".
My 7 year olds have never heard it.

Remember when people were only talking about abortion, and everybody laughed and said it would never happen here? It's the "letting the camel's nose into the tent" proverb. When you decide to push the envelope of what's acceptable, and those pushing it receive no resistence, they will keep pushing the envelope until you will have no choice but to tolerate what you don't want to hear or read because it will have become totally acceptable everywhere. The restriction placed by the FCC on the "F" word allows ALL cartoon characters to use the "f" word and in theatres those cartoons that use the "f" word will be allowed to be classified as "Family Films" no matter how many times it is used just as long as it is not used in a sexual content.
When the snowball of filth is allowed to grow as it decends down to the pit, it will be much harder to stop it.

Did throwing your tv out the window stop the homosexuals from passing special laws to protect their lifestyle, abortionists from killing their unborn babies? It may start off being only on tv, but when it's allowed to be used everywhere on tv, in print and in public with impunity, then you will eventually here it everywhere, all the time. But since its "just a word" you will have no right to ask others to not use that word or any swear word eventually to anybody, not even children, who, because they will have heard it so often in so many places will think nothing of it to say it anywhere, not even in Church. Where will all this "tolerance" lead us? A nation where only liberal thinking will be "tolerated", even allowed by law. And it's already begun.

They are two people, a computer programmer and housewife. That's it. It's a hobby/labor of love. Two people, even working 24/7, could not keep up with everything and guarantee accuracy. Yet their fans believe they can do so.

Honestly, this is not an issue that the federal government ought to be involved in anyway. This is a problem that only God can fix when His people go out in the world and live like they ought to themselves and teach others to do the same.
The government can't clean up anybody's language.

But for those whose minds are in the gutter, the only "intolerable" words are Christian, Ten Commandments, righteousness, holiness, absolutes, pro-life, JESUS, God Almighty, Holy Bible. BRAVO !! :-)

Hmmmm- Wildmon must be a 'lil bit short of funds this month. For him to post this article, this great exaggeration of a simple FCC ruling, is nothing short of laughable. He's playing to the Maws and Paws out there, reading this and thinking to themselves "Gosh darn it- if we don't stop this EVERY show on TV will be filled with cuss words. We have to sign this here petition and donate to this man's organization or all heck is gonna break loose". It's a swindle, pure and simple. How this man can sleep at night I will never know.

LOL, that's one hell of a story.
"When I watch R. Lee Army on the History channel, I tend to fill in the blanks."
Haha, ever seen him in Full Metal Jacket?? He talks like a real Marine there. "You are the lowest form of trash on earth! You are not even human f***ing beings! You are nothing but unorganized grabasstic pieces of amphibian s***!" "Pyle, you climb obstacles like old people f***!" "You had best unf*** yourself, or I will unscrew your head, and s*** down your neck!" "Pyle, you had best start s***ting me tiffany cufflinks, or I will definately f*** you up!" "Well any f***ing time, sweetheart!"
Yeah, those are all I can think of for now. Is that how real Marine Corps. Drill Instructors talk? I like the Marines, I have a lot of respect for the Corps.
F***ity f*** f*** f***.

Not all drill instructors talk that way, but my Platoon was lucky. We had four (4) drill instructors assigned after our fifth week. Usually, only three (3) are assigned. Anyhow...
Sgt. Herman didn't curse that often. (senior)
Sgt. Singleton made cursing an art form.
I'll think of the other two names while driving to work I'm sure.
but... one was a Corporal, and he got promoted to Sgt. while we were in our final month. Argh. I must be getting old.
Anyhow, Platoon 3115 learned the fine art of cursing, along with our other accomplishments. Let's just say that Full Metal Jacket is the movie that I recommend to people if they would like to see what Boot Camp was like "in the day".
I don't know if Boot Camp has changed that much - I've heard stories of changes. But I think DI's will always be DI's (if you wentto boot camp when I did, and later became a Marine - you would tend to want to pass on the f___ing tradition - so to speak = make the men hard before combat).
