This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

I know we're all getting tired, but we have to hang in there. This isn't just Terri's fight anymore. It is our fight too. YIKES! sorry for delay, I just saw the post in which you mentioned taking up a donation for a wheelchair -- and above this post, CindyDawg is asking about a billboard, which would also need $ donations.

I'm just skimming the thread, sorry if am restating. I like the idea of the wheelchair -- Terri's parents had offered to replace it (wish I knew what year) & Michael had refused. BUT if is done in today's climate, might it go differently? Good point, Republic!

Terri is not sick, she obviously needs to be out and about -- that's ordinary care! SHEESH!!

Also, I do have an idea for a fundraiser for the family, will try to get prelim info. needs imm work if is to be done.

I was wishing that photo of Terri & her mother was on a billboard when I was in the area -- worth a thousand words.

Unfortunately, she is beyond the scale. She has been lacking in brain function for some time now. There is nothing that can be done to help her. I don't know why the SP Times continues to allow her to live. She's really just taking up food and resources while contributing nothing to society.

I have a verbal list that I give to people when they ask me what to look for when choosing a nursing facility. I never thought I would need to but I just added "ask them if maintance is done and what would happen if their wc broke. Here, if someone needs a wc it is ordered and the resident/pt family pays it off as they can. "Everyone that wants to rolls" :')

Distinguishing characteristics: Looks like used-car saleman; serial cheater; secretive; controlling; self-centered; spends half a million+ in wife's rehab funds to legally starve, torture and dehumanize wife; shacks up and fathers at least two children out of wedlock, melts down wife's wedding band and engagement ring to make jewelry for self. Pre-pays cremation and burial expenses out of wife's rehab funds. Operates in Stealth Mode. Extremely crafty, dangerous in concert with sidekick George Felos.

Type 3 Model Husband

Distinguishing characteristics: Former football superstar; serial cheater; chatty; jealous, controlling; spends one million+ on legal 'Dream Team' when accused of double homicide; shacks up with murdered wife look-alike; describes self as 100% "not guilty"; convicted in court of public opinion. Hosts post-acquittal party for fans.

My aunt got a wheel chair and I believe she told me that Medicare paid for it but she did need a doctor's signature stating she needed it.
Also a close friend of mine contacted a local organization, I'm thinking it was the Lion's Club, anyway they loaned him a wheelchair, delivered it to his home and told him to keep it as long as he wanted it. That was two years ago and he's still using it.

The thing that struck me most about the Abrams segment was Pat saying "thank you Dan:, and FELOS saying "you're welcome". Is he really nervous and out of his league now? It just struck me as odd.......anyone else?

This case shows, highlights, how judges abuse the rules of evidence to prejudice a case. Here it is done to bullet-proof the trial record for appeal, by false and suspect "findings of fact".

Ken Connors is "on" to the game and it will be interesting to see which way Felos scurries without Judge Greer making the rulings.

If there's a lesson here, maybe it's that the greater the injustice, the greater the chance for redemption.
