According to the attorney there are legal ramifications to move her to another State and it isn't easily accomplished. Obviously that was an avenue they pursued.

Yes. He said the father received a letter from an inmate, saying if he wanted to have MS killed. He claims the father didn't report it to the police.

So, he didn't say the father had a contract to kill him, but that he acted irresponsible against a death threat against him. So I think he "insinuated" the father wouldn't mind if he was killed.

Michael said an inmate had written to Mr. Schindler with an offer to kill Michael. Michael said Mr. Schindler never reported the letter.

If this story is true, how could Michael have known about the letter? Where is proof that this letter exists?

I would think that Schiave WOULD PASS a lie-detector test, for he cannot distinguish truth from fiction.

What's more, he probably would show as telling the truth in giving each of two contradictory answers.
