For example .. Terry's father said (in the CNN 2002 interview) that he confronted MS about Terry's money from the suit .. but Terry's father says it was about using the money for Terry's Rehab

MS admits to the confrontation .. but MS claims that Terry's father wanted the money for himself

Another example .. When Larry mentioned the reports of MS screaming at the nurses

MS & his lawyer admits that is true .. but they claim it's because MS just wanted the best care for Terry

There are many other examples .. that is why I would love to see the transcript of this interview

I had not heard that .. just that her brother also lived in the same complex

And what about his California trip with Terri....that was news to me.

I do not mean to insult anyone here, so please forgive me if this comes off poorly. I understand there are many out there who have not heard all of Terri's story, but it doesn't mean we can make false allegations about Michael. Some of this was covered in much earlier threads. A lot of the info has been so scattered around on the Terri threads, it's almost impossible to keep it straight. So the misunderstandings are to be expected.

However, I urge each of you to continue to research and ask questions about material you don't know or don't understand. Go to terrisfight.org and really look around. Try to go through some of the earlier monster Terri threads. There's a lot of information, and now some of it is turning into misinformation. We can best help Terri by getting caught up on her timeline. I'm not the expert on Terri or anything like that, but if we can help each other find the answers, we'll all be better off.

Terri did get good care from Michael and her family at the beginning. The tide turned after Michael won the malpractice suit, and the money was awarded. Michael did take Terri to California. At first they thought the stimulators worked. I think maybe they really did, but the progress is slow and hard to decipher. Terri did have rehab for a while. That's how the bone-scan came into being. The therapist ordered it because Terri was complaining a lot during physical therapy, and they didn't know why. That was in 1991, about a year and a half after Terri's collapse. Terri used to speak, not distinctly but she was understood by her caregivers. She used to eat. Michael did take her outside early on. The problem between the Schindlers and Michael came directly as a result of the lack of care that was provided by Michael after the award money came in.

I have already been on Terri's sight and wrote Jeb and called. I am wondering what happened to his award money if the house is not in his name. What was his sister and his brothers name the ones who claimed 8 years after the fact that they heard Terri say something? Wonder if he put anything in their names?

Yours is possibly the most important popint so often overlooked ... Terri was conscious and responsive enough to make her displeasure known to the people trying to do therapy with her in 1991, early 1992. She may not be that conscious now due to the decade of abuse and neglect. But no one can know for certain until she is given therapy and rehab efforts. As Geraldo Rivera said last night, 'when there is a doubt, side with life.'
