Greta is too busy showing what X42 and McCaniac views are on the war. Wait -- I believe Terri's story is up next.
To: Aliska
Schiavo starved both his parents?
That seems unusual to me. Seems to be a habit. His girlfriend better think twice.
Greta says Terri rebuttal is up next. Tune to FOX!

It may have been that Mr. Schindler was upset with Schiavo collecting the $300,000 for himself in the settlement. But Mr. Schindler would have known that he could not collect unless he had some kind of separate insurance policy on Terri for himself and his wife.
The break between Mr. Schindler and Schiavo needs to be further explored. Gee, Dickens couldn't have written a novel with so many twists, turns, and mysteries.

Did you notice any implanted electrodes on that "brain scan"? LOL

The only reference I heard about the mother was that she was in hospice care when she died. I didn't hear anything about feeding tubes and I didn't catch any mention of the father at all.

He mentioned the trip that he took to CA for experimental surgery. Not being flippant or heartless here, but how do we know some of Terri's brain wasn't removed then?

When death is imminent the sick person instinctively stops eating. For those at death's door, this is PERFECTLY NATURAL. For someone who is not sick, like Terri, terminating their source of nourishment is UNNATURAL.Absolutely correct. When it is time to go to the Lord, people know it. It is an unbelievably sad thing to cope with but it is true nonetheless.

My father-in-law didn't speak for 13 years either, after his stroke!

Felos got the judge to approve using the malpractice money (which was to be used for Terri's rehab) to be used for legal fees....there is very little left. That may be true .. but I use to work for a law firm and I have seen the way fees can add up .. it doesn't take long
So the question remains .. who are paying the fees now?

* Why did it give Michael power?!*
Your brother didn't have FELOS as his attorney. Felos' 10 most recent clients were ALL right to die. He is a member of the Hemlock Society ... you know, the ones who help you exit life by overdosing on your meds or accelerating death through STARVATION and DEHYDRATION.
Surprised ... NOT ... that Larry didn't bring up the nursing home nurses' comment that MS would call each day and ask: Is the b..ch dead yet?

Schindlers LAwyer:The first tme anybody in the family ever heard about Terri and g-tubes was in January 2000.
To: Theodore R.
I'm a STAUNCH Terri supporter, but there can be no doubt that this has grown into a Pi**ing contest between the husband and the father. That doesn't change the facts of the case, however.

Or such an almost cartoonishly evil and stupid character out to kill such a helpless victim. A Jerry Springer/Dickens story. And, a twisted lawyer with dreams of fame.
To: JustPiper
His story was so full of holes. For example, trying to slander Terri's parents by saying they only wanted the money, and then shooting his own lie down by saying that they'd offered him money to go away, to the tune of $750,000, and then adding a dash of the ridiculous by claiming it was the right to lifers that would provide the Schindlers that kind of money. Thing is, this didn't become such a huge issue until a couple of weeks ago. Seems this offer was made a lot longer ago than that. And did you hear the contempt in his voice for "right-to-lifers?"
No, he stands to gain a lot more by NOT allowing them to have her.....control freaks are like that anyway. Add to that the money (does anybody really believe that he won't get a penny?) and the possible motive for not wanting any rehabilitation for Terri, and we have a VERY different picture than the one he and that goofball lawyer is trying to paint.

For the record, the "husband" says he doesn't want cameras in Terry's room because of her right to privacy. Rather strange he's so concerned about her privacy when he talked about no gynecological exam because they couldn't spread her legs apart for the exam. "
What got me was the part about "unless there was a foul smell coming from her. Then they would do an exam. How could anyone talk about the wife he supposedly love in these terms on national television?
After this comment invading her right to privacy, he then had the nerve to claim not to allow the CNN cameras in because of her right to privacy.
Greta has something on it right now.
To: JustPiper
Yes he could not squirm out of that one too well. Also, he never answered the question that the caller asked regarding how Terri would feel about the way he has treated her parents. Larry should have nailed him up on that one. In my opinion he is a great con artist and it is no wonder why he has gotten as far as he has with his smug attitude.
To: Theodore R.
Greta talking to Schindler family atty now. MS said Terri wanted not to be on life support in 2000. Nobody had herd that before.
In 1993 said he couldn't do that to Terri (remove tube). Later same day he told docs not to treat her bladder infection..
I hope I got that right. I'm dizzy trying to keep it all straight.
