It may have been that Mr. Schindler was upset with Schiavo collecting the $300,000 for himself in the settlement. But Mr. Schindler would have known that he could not collect unless he had some kind of separate insurance policy on Terri for himself and his wife.

In 1993 said he couldn't do that to Terri (remove tube). Later same day he told docs not to treat her bladder infection..

I think this man is a massive control freak. No one would wear that outfit-the open flashy shirt with the huge gold necklace. Certainly the attorney suggested appropriate wear-Michael is not the type to take instructions.

I wonder how soon after terri's injury this horror of a human fell in with jodi....and went into business with her family-man the businesses connections are huge.

Note his shouting(Controlling-me the big man on campus!) at the nurses etc to explain away Carla Iyer's affidavit, that she had a bone to pick. Trouble is, Carla says he was always shouting and cowaring the staff because they were giving TOO MUCH CARE to Terri. For example-when Carla placed the balled washcloth into Terris palm to help relieve her curling fingers and Michael ORDERED her to take it out...that doing that was therapy, and there was to be NO THERAPY, per his orders.

Her affidavit is the most damning piece written about his treatment of Terri. It is CARLA who needs to be interviewed.
