Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

Well the really cruddy thing is that voters went to the polls and reelected the whole bunch. I didn't! We have got to do more to inform people and jog their memories before elections.

There could have been security there. But Schiavo is the guardian, and the security would be provided to remove anyone that he doesn't want near his wife, like her family. Moving her is not in violation of Bush's executive order.

If it hadn't been for the tapes, we would never have found out about this case. We would have accepted the media's portrayal of Terri as a vegetable, when she clearly is not.

From what I unerstand, it was the husband that told them not to film their daughter. I don't know if there was a court order or not, but how you can equate this with what Felos has been doing is beyond me.

Felos has been helping his client drain the funds in Terri's settlement. These funds were to be used for her rehabilitation. The husband did not provide rehabilitation for Terri. There should be a full accountiong of the money awarded to Terri's care.

Michael is still Terri's guardian for another 4 days?

The hospital allowed him to remove her back to the hospice?

Hospital personnel didn't question his right to do that?

So, how do we know that the hospice personnel won't also follow his orders if he tells them to remove the IV?

Attorney: Florida Woman Being Fed Again

CLEARWATER, Fla. - A brain-damaged woman was receiving nourishment through a new feeding tube Wednesday, a week after her husband had tried to have such treatment ended but was blocked by the Florida Legislature.

Terri Schiavo, 39, was being fed through a tube inserted into her abdomen when family members, fighting an epic battle to keep her alive, visited late Wednesday, said their attorney, Pat Anderson.

Terri Schiavo looked gaunt, with red-ringed eyes, Anderson said, adding: "I think what we're looking at is the price of moving her."

The feeding tube was reinserted during a short stay at Morton Plant Hospital, where the woman was taken after Gov. Jeb Bush, heeding the Legislature's wishes, intervened in the bitter right-to-die case and ordered her kept alive.

Earlier Wednesday evening, she was taken back to the hospice that cared for her several years. The family visited her there, in a Clearwater suburb.

The woman's father, Bob Schindler, said he hoped his daughter would recover from being without food or water for six days.

"Terri is so resilient," he said. "Tomorrow she could be back the same way she was before she left here. Maybe she needs sleep."

Husband Michael Schiavo's attorney angrily complained the woman was being mistreated by attempts to keep her alive, and legal scholars predicted that Bush's intervention would be ruled unconstitutional.

By the time the five day period to select a guardian, will Terri still be with us? Who was the Judge today? Maybe we need to investigate him. The longer Terri is with hubby as guardian, the worse it looks.

Our leaders must be informed. Further, WHY CAN'T WE CALL CHARLIE CRIST AGAIN? He didn't intervene in the Federal case so, why not contact him again in Tallahassee? I don't think he'd be too crazy about the ethics issues and mental anguish that Felos is causing the Schindler family and it looks like hubby is waiting for the clock to run out.

Just saw on Bay News 9 an Interview with the Schindler attorney. She stated that Terri was responding to her by looking in her face when the attorney (sorry forgot her name) spoke to her. Terri is very weak and has a great determination to live. She then said Terri can not stand this anymore and the news commentator said the attorney was going to file action but did not state what kind of action
