Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...
News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

It depends. The dehydration was to be reversed. Wouldn't this cover treatment up to a certain point for complications from this? I agree it's not a blanket though.

again, we ask that the Presence of the Holy Spirit in any room, or in any place Terri is in, will hold back any force that may come against her. AMEN!

"her "husband" moved her back to the hospice so her family can visit her there...yeah right." Lying POS!

I would assume that they are able to handle it, or it would be a violation of the order for them to admit her there.

What is the penalty for violating the governor's stay order?
What has been violated?

Insurance companies pay them. Insurance companies pay hospitals. Hospice is less expensiveSo far so good. Appreantly you understand the economic argument for Hospice.
I don't know where this rant came from, but a member of my family was at my dad's side every minute of every day, since he was in his OWN HOME.
So who said anything about dying in one's own home or not? To rephrase-treatment need not come at pain or inconvenience. Hospitals need not be "sterile" incompassionate places. Many are not. Pain relief need not be a boogieman among so many medical providers.
it's a wonderful alternative to dying in a hospital.
It is an insidious and sinister development in the medical care sector of society - one that essentially prepares the sick for death rather than support the battle for life...all in the name of "comfort" and "humaneness".
Just be on guard...

Well... I am busy up to my ears, but no one is around but the cleaning crew. I get to learn all kinds of things here at night about what goes on after everyone is "gone."

His new live-in girlfriend, w/one child and another one on the way, is Catholic. Apparently (I'm not kidding here) she wants this to be OK'd and legit by the Catholic church.
On top of all the heinious outrageous tricks this piece of filth is trying in order to kill Terri, and his girlfriend is worried about getting married in the Church!!! I hope any priest worth his collar turns his back on this demon from hell and his live-in girlfriend!!! What an abomination!!!!!

Does anyone have any background information on the heart attack that caused Terri's disability to begin with? Has there ever been a diagnosis as to what caused it? I've read that her husband stands to get a large sum of insurance money when she dies. Has foul play on his part ever been ruled out in her illness?
To: RedBloodedAmerican
just heard on CNN that a new guardian won't be able to do much and that Lucifer will remain her guardian. The only thing he won't be able to do is pull her feeding tube. Now this sucks big time if true. Oh BTW also said Terri was back on life support...Gee I guess we all are on life support if we eat

But according to post 434, if an order was served to the hospital, they shouldn't have released her.
Is that what that order says and I interpret Supercat?

Time will tell if the stay order is violated, ignored, or declared unenforceable. Felos thinks it is unconstitutional for one thing.

For what it is worth, I left a message with Judge David Demers, who seems to be in charge of the GAL process at this point, to have a third party oversee Terri's welfare when in the presence of the husband who admittedly wants her dead. Anyone else interested in leaving a message here is the number to his office 727-582-7882.

"heart attack" is what he and his lawyers call it.
All we know is she was found unconscious.
Reliable info indicates she had multiple broken bones as well.

At the risk of sounding really, really stupid, I'm going to ask this question: Since adultery is a cause for divorce, why can't a divorce be granted to Terri? Is that absolutely impossible? He certainly can't deny the adultery. A guardian at litem would probably have filed for divorce. Part of the reason Judge Greer refused to appoint one.

Thanks Cal... I find this whole thing utterly amazing. This guy must be some piece of work. No one acts that determined unless 1) He is deeply devoted to his wife's wishes (uh, no.. he is an adulterer), or 2) he is trying to get away with something or hide something.

I am not sure about feeding tube for life support, but am pretty certain they can do an IV for rehydration at a Hospice. So it is possible Michael had her taken back there for those things. He is being a jerk, wanting to use her as a pawn, and he would do well to work something out with her parents, like leave her in the hospital. Soon tho, I think she will be moved to where feeding and rehab will begin.

ALERT - the Schindlers need backup at hospice. We need support for the family there. Can ANYONE go? If at all possible, please go to the hospice and give them your support.

This is not a simple matter of allowing a person with significantly diminished brain capacity to die, this is a matter of why there are so many intertwined individuals who seem to have bet the house on NEEDING her to die. This sounds so like a Robin Cook book. I know what I'm thinking is outlandish but this whole thing is beyond any reasoning. Exactly WHY are so many intertwined individuals needing her dead? Is there more going on at that hospice than we know? Could there be some organ blackmarketing going on? See, flame away, it's crazy but I don't know what else to think at this point. Could there be money on the table for a matching organ that's needed now and Terri's a match? Immediate cremation and who's to know.
