All we know is she was found unconscious.
Reliable info indicates she had multiple broken bones as well.

Thanks for your reply. I'm wondering if there was any kind of police investigation into any of this, and just when he took out that insurance policy on her. I can't shake the feeling or intuition that her puke of a husband was involved in causing her condition. Maybe he planned her demise for the insurance money, but things went awry for him when she didn't die. Does anyone know how long after she suffered the heart attack and subsequent brain damage, that her husband began his pursuit to help her die through the courts? Or, how long has he been with this woman?
