Since she is just entering the hospice tonight, are we then to assume that this is a new admission and that she is expected to die in the next six months?

Does anyone have the e-mail to the hospice?

Since when are your parents and siblings not considered your family?
And you call yourself fair and balanced.
Michael will not divorce her and he is living with another woman and has started a family with this woman. Legally he is a bigamist if Florida recognizes common law marriage. With one child and one on the way, I would say he is married to the other woman. He has morally given up his right to be Terri's husband.
According to her brother, Terri was planning to divorce Michael S. when she suffered the collaspe. There is a very good chance he had something to do with her collapse. He lied when he obtained the settlement and said he would use it for her rehabilitation. So at the least, he is a liar and there needs to be an investigation into all of this including the money.

I agree, but it hasn't happened yet. As bitter a pill as it is to swallow, thats the law, that's how itoperates. Gelato posted a good link two posts above yours.

I'll go back and look, esp at the guardian part. That is what irks me the most though. The senate thought this was important enough to add as an amendment but the judge says come back in 5 days. If a guardian was appointed which is in the bill then this stuff wouldn't be happening. You have a man that is desperate (and only he and the Lord know why) and spurred on by an aggressive lawyer. What did this judge think he would do? Make nice with the family and they all come back hugging and kissing?

He won $1.2 million from her gynecologist? What the heck did a gynecologist have to do with any of this?

Bay News 9 just NOW reported she IS back at the hospice.
Brother Bob confirmed it.

It was in the long thread we were on last night and much of today.
CS, was that your post to the information about hospice having violated federal law in accepting Terri in the first place? If so, could you link the statute here? (See post #397).

I guess two things:
1. Legally, Michael (for now) is her legal guardian, and he is her family that has authority for her care within the boundaries of the law, and
2. I was thinking of the Biblical description of family.

She's probably fully hydrated by now, but would be nowhere near recovered from the effects of dehydration, which would have wreaked havoc on her body chemistry, and take at least several days to put back in order. Is the Hospice able to handle this?

As I stated before, perhaps there's a large Life Insurance policy involved. This guy and his legal accomplices are trying too hard to murder her.
dear God, they inject murderers to ease their deaths, yet, they want Terri's body to consume itself by starving her.

This is the same article I was referring to a couple of weeks ago in another thread. I couldn't get it linked up, so I'm glad that someone else has found this and posted it. It's worth the read! Especially to those of you who doubt that Terri has any abilities left in her brain. She's still there!

Did they mention if she was still being hydrated?

Why doesn't Bush post state troopers there? Good question, unless they were all just showboating in the first place. I know if I were the Governor I would have dispatched the State Police and the State Medical Examiner to make sure that my order was taken seriously. But that is just me so.......

I agree. I think though the law that was passed was only for the feeding and not specific or broad enough to take into consdieration every case and scenario.
But I just hate to see folks (reading some comments on this thread) jumping mad as if she was kidnapped and dumped somewhere to die.
It's emotional enough as it is without distorting the news (innocently).
To: RedBloodedAmerican
My problem is her blood relatives don't need to be consented Legally .. no
Morally .. yes
Good Grief .. we are talking about her mother and father
