Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

In searching, I came up with an October 27, 1999 pbs.org page - a debate in the U.S. House on assisted suicide.

The very last comment by Rep. David Schuman (who is pro Death With Dignity): "The question isn't whether or not this is something that is appropriate for Congress to do or something that would be a good policy decision on the part of Congress. The question is whether or not Congress has the constitutional authority to do it. And the way the Supreme Court has recently been interpreting Congress's authority under Article 1 of the Constitution, this isn't within it."

IMHO, we do NOT want Congress dictating whether we live or die, or how. And it's not a good idea to try to get the U.S. Supreme Court involved.

I heard on ABC Radio more than an hour ago that Schiavo is going back to court next week to get the feeding tube pulled once again. ABC Radio did not say whose court, George W. Greer or whatever? Schiavo has something to hide, or is he sincerely wanting to put her out of her misery?

Well, if Schiavo is in hiding, I guess she is safe until he returns. But Schiavo could announce some 12 hours after the fact that she had "passed away and has been cremated," and that would be that. George W. Greer has endorsed this course of action.

there is ways she can communicate.. there was some suggestions of some communication systems i saw but do not know if it was on fr. i find this very interesting realm for further study or getting knowledge of because it could help terri. anyone have any connections?

PER BAY NEWS 9: It was very difficult to find anyone who would re-insert the feeding tube. WHERE? At Hospice or Morton Plant Hospital? Can you imagine? FELOS OWNS PINELLAS COUNTY. Where is Law Enforcement? Only one person followed Gov. Bush's order. I thank them because to defy Felos means they may be subject to a messy lawsuit and Felos is good at those. Terri looks good today per Felos.
