Terri being rehabilitated, even somewhat rehabilitated, is Michael and Felo's worst fear. Her death is important to them.

"I noticed he was dressed awfully spiffy for a lowly RT. Plus his haircut ain't cheap either. "
You mean that's real hair? I thought it looked like a rug. He looks like a sleezy car salesman to me.
Word has it that some of his people have been lurking around here too. So Mr. Schiavo, if you are paying attention to our posts.. is it a bad rug or a bad haircut? And have you ever been a sleezy car salesman?

Who was the other attorney citing the Supreme Ct decision that would render the legislative action to stay Terri's starvation unconstitutional?
To: lakey
"Florida has that right-to-die law & we pressured them to override it."
However in this case we stopped the state from killing a innocent girl by starvation.

Scholars, constitutional experts are saying it was wrong. posted by lakey Scholars and experts who want the oligarchy of the courts and judges to continue and to increase in power. And they have a strong advocate, the criminal enterprise democrat party, because if the courts diminsh in their liberal mutation of this nation, the last corrosive finger of democrat societal engineering power will be gone. So be it. Come quickly!
Laws are a Republic's taboo structure, the framework upon which the civilization is based. In a Constitutional Republic like ours, the elected legislators are the ones tasked with writing those laws and thus establishing the parameters of the taboo structure for the society. The courts and activist judges have truned this on its head, using judicial fiat to remake and ugly ghost of what was originally wrought. And the head count from such gross mutation is well over 40,000,000 slaughtered and counting. Now, if the courts can control this euthanasia issue also, the death toll will mount precipitously. Scholars and experts ondeed! Scoietal engineers envisioning their fall from power is more like it!

Article 1, Section 2 Florida State Constitution
SECTION 2. Basic rights.--All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty, to pursue happiness, to be rewarded for industry, and to acquire, possess and protect property; except that the ownership, inheritance, disposition and possession of real property by aliens ineligible for citizenship may be regulated or prohibited by law. No person shall be deprived of any right because of race, religion, national origin, or physical disability.
Now, which right was it that was bypassed? And, help me out here please, what section of the Florida State Constitution protects a husbands right to own and kill his wife? I haven't found that one yet, I must not be much of a scholar.

Yes, and it most likely occurs more than we know. I had it happen to me personally. I have a mitral valve prolapse. When I had my third child in 1997. A nurse at the hospital where I worked crossed it off my records and wrote that there was no evidence of it even though it had been in my records for 12 years! This particular nurse had an attitude toward me the first time I set foot in the clinic. I filed massive complaints, threatened to sue. She was fired.

" Maybe our dreams are God's way of helping us keep going and reassuring us that we are doing the right thing?" I know that I had two nights when my sleep was very disturbed by dreams of Terry. It was early on in her being removed from the feeding tube. It is hard to describe the dreams. Probably the best way is to say that I was in touch with her suffering. It certainly did clarify for me that fighting for her was the right thing to do. Since I jumped in with both feet, I have not been troubled by the dreams.
It sounds more like yours are dreams of encouragement, and that is good too. To each what we need.

I connot believe ANYONE would buy insurance from a man who cannot even stay true to his wife he is trying to murder. Doesn't Terri deserve anything? I mean if her teeth were not allowed to be brushed for TEN YEARS by his orders, can't she at least depend on her husband to not be screwing someone else, raising children with her, etc?
This man has brutalized Terri for a long time. A very long time. Imagine PUNISHING her parents by not allowing them to see her. Her ONLY JOY!!!
He is a MONSTER.
And so is Felos.

I know what you mean. I don't recall any dreams about terri, but when I pray for her, and when she is on my mind, I picture that room in the Hospice. Knowing Michael and his hatred for Terri ("Is the bitch dead yet?"), I imagine a sterile room, and I see Terri in there, the steril lights, cold surroundings, alone, suffering with no way to tell anyone....anyone who would care.

Schiavo is not only defrauding Medicaid, but his WIFE as well. Disabled or not, she still has rights.
