Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

I know. I have the good fortune to work 1 block away from a Church. I walked up there just to light another candle for Terri and they were starting Mass to I stayed. I was sure glad. I felt better.

Attorney Felos said "Mr. Schiavo as Terri's spouse wants to make sure that he follows his wishes." I mean "her wishes."

I hope the reporters caught that!

After Terri is dead, they will look at all of the events to decide who Felos will sue (ie doctors for malpractice).

Maybe this will make the hospice/hospital/etc afraid to let her die if they find oout he's going to start suing people once she's dead.

Sorry I'm so late. I think the order only covers what it says, leaving Michael in charge until Terri's parents and Michael can come up with a new guardian. IOW, 'til the last minute on the last day during these crucial days for Terri.

Few would suspect that Felos, Schiavo and the press would behave this badly with the world watching, imho.

Question:

If Terri's family haven't been the guardian for all of this time, and haven't had access to her medical records, how is it that they then have evidence to support their claims regarding her medical condition? Have they accessed these records via the legal system, and had their own doctors evaluate Terri, and this was then put into evidence in the court record?

If these conflicting records from both sides reside with the courts, can't the public obtain them?

He said that he sposes the Court appointed guardian might be okay, is a lawyer and has medical background.

Yes, I'm thinking that would make him very pleased, because the GAL in that case will be someone who is (or has been) a director of the very hospice where Terri is now!

Basically he is warning the medical community not to get involved in treating Terri if they happen to find her at their doorsteps. What a vile and evil human being.

The new GAL-in-waiting is apparently someone who is on the board of the hospice (because of course there will not be agreement between the 2 parties on a mutual choice, at least I would think not at this point).

Hospice should be afraid that OTHER people will sue them. They're bound by Federal regulations and state regulations. There's a record of who paid to keep her there that must be explained. Getting her on Medicaid at this late date isn't going to cut it. Spending the rest of her monies ~ the $65,000 ~ to seek judgment on a Law he hopes is unconstitutional ~ it sounds like she will be physically safe from "husband" for the moment, but the man needs the FReeping of his life.
